What is amp draw at 12 volts on oneTll46tb and will they shine ahead when used as driving lights?Plan to use on front of pontoon boat for night travel

The Opti-Brite LED Spotlight, part # TLL46TB is a 9 diode LED spotlight that produces up to 707 lumens.
This is a dual power light that you can use with either 12V or 24V systems. On a 12V system the amperage draw is 1.50 amps and for a 24V system the amperage draw is .73 amps.
This is a spotlight so the light will be projected forward much like a headlight does, whereas a flood light has a broader beam of light and typically projects light for a shorter distance.
