What do you recommend for new tire and wheel for trailer with 12 inch 5 on 4.5 bolt

I recommend the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" White Wheel, part # AM30820.
This is a Load Range C 12 inch tire with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. This wheel is an 8-spoke white powder coated wheel with a 3.19 inch diameter pilot hole. The capacity for this combo is 1,045 lbs at 80 psi. I have attached a link to a product review video you can check out.
