Can you use road master baseplate with rubicon hard rock? The rock guard is metal, not plastic.

The two Roadmaster base plates we offer for the 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, parts # RM-521448-4 and # RM-521448-5, are not compatible with the 10th Anniversary Rubicon but we do offer a base plate kit from Blue Ox that will fit the Rubicon Hard rock as long as it does not have aftermarket bumpers, winches and guards. That base plate kit is part # BX1134.

This base plate set works directly with Blue Ox Aventa, Aladdin, Alpha and Allure tow bars but can also be used with Roadmaster Blackhawk, Falcon, or Sterling tow bars by using adapter # RM-031 or # RM-031-5. The adapter choice will depend on the serial number of the tow bar as noted on the product pages.
