Question:
I have a 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE with the flush roof rails. My question is how easily can the THKIT3134 and the 460 Podium Foot Pack be removed from the car. I generally use the rack only during the summer and fall and like to remove it during the winter.

Removing a roof rack in the winter is an excellent practice, nice work! Removing the bars and feet from the roof of your 2015 Toyota Highlander will not be difficult at all. There are only a couple of fasteners per foot that you would need to remove to get everything off of the roof. The tools to install and remove the bars/feet are included so put them in the glove box of the vehicle so they are ready to go when you are.
I have linked a video showing how the feet install on a Highlander and the process will be the same as on your Highlander because the feet and fit kit are the same even though the crossbars may be not. You can see there isn't much to it. The feet used in the video are Rapid Podium feet # TH460R, for SquareBars. The bars that fit the Highlander are # TH712400. And the fit kit for your Highlander, like you mentioned, is # THKIT3134.
