Question:
just want to verify that parts 39523 and 3025-P will allow me to install on my 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD that has a towing package installed? I noticed that I have no signal for electric brakes at the plugrear of my truck, then noticed that I dont have anything in the electric junction box under the dash in the 2nd position from the left that the 3025-P part mentions. Its my understanding that these two parts will be all I need, and all I will have to do is use the adapter to connect the controller to my existing setup? Thanks!

To install a brake controller in your 2002 all you would need is the Tekonsha PowerTrac Electronic Brake Controller # 39523 that you referenced and the install harness # 3025-P that you have referenced.
There are a few connections you will need to make under the hood of your truck though. Check out the help article and install video I attached for more info.
