I have a Pace 6.5x10 2004 enclosed trailer and I need the oval tail lights and the trailer wiring kit for this

For an LED trailer wiring kit that would work well on your Pace trailer I would recommend the part # TLL16RK. This part number comes with everything. The lights are rectangular though.
To use the part # ST70RB you would need the grommets part # a70gb, the pigtail part # A45PB, brackets part # BK70BB, and # A35W42B.
