The DeeZee Specialty Series Underbody Toolbox # DZ76 has a shipping weight of 56-lbs, so when you unpack it and the weight of the shipping carton and packing materials is removed the box's net weight will be approximately 52-lbs.
This 11.8-cubic-foot underbody tool box installs using Universal Mounting Kit # DZDB-2502, which consists of two 18- x 18-inch steel brackets. You supply your own hardware to suit the dimensions of your particular installation point. It is best to use stainless steel hardware.
