Replacement Swivel Handle Kit Part DL22449 Measurements

Question:

I have an old trailer do not have the mfg of it and need a new Swivel Handle Kit. It measures 3/8inch in diameter, the straight part with the cotter pin hole measures close to 3 inches long. From the center of the cotter pin hole to the open end of the straight meausres 1 7/8 Do you have anything that would would work? It appears part DL22449 is very close but it does not give me the full specs to compare. Thank you for your time

I went to our warehouse to get the swivel handle kit # DL22449 to provide you a few measurements to determine if this is the right part for your swivel jack.

From the center of the cotter pin hole to the end of the handle is 1-1/2 inches. This measurement may be a tad to small from what you referenced of 1-7/8. The diameter of the swivel handle is 3/8 of an inch. The length of the handle from the end (end closest to the pin hole) up to the nearly 90 degree angle is slightly over 2-1/2 inches. I included a diagram and short video showing you the measurements.

This kit consists of a replacement 3/8-inch diameter pull pin, spring, washer and cotter pin. Instructions are included.

Another possibility could be # BD500103. It has a diameter of 3/8 inches. The hole center to end of the pin is 7/8 inches.

We just don't currently have a replacement swivel handle with the measurement of 1-7/8 inches.
