Question:
I am looking for a 2inch receiver hitch for my 2015 Prius. All I see on your site are 1.25inch receivers. Also, I have a hitch from Curt or Draw-Tite I think that was installed on my 2008 Prius. Will it fit on the 2015 Prius? Thank you.

Expert Reply:
The hitches that are available for your 2015 Toyota Prius are Class l hitches.
Class l hitches are limited to a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening due to the lower towing and tongue weight capacity for the vehicles.
I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 24847. No drilling is required when installing this hitch.
If you plan on doing some light towing I recommend a ball mount like part # 3593. This ball mount has a 2-1/8 inch rise or 2-3/4 inch drop. for a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball I recommend part # 19256, and for a 2 inch hitch ball I recommend part # 19258.
I have attached a couple of links to some of the products we offer that will work with a hitch for your Prius. If there is a specific item you want more information about please let me know and I will be happy to make some recommendations that will work for you.
The hitch you have that was installed on your 2008 Prius is not designed to fit the 2015.
