Trailer brake controller wiring harness # 3065-P is the correct harness for your 2006 Ford F-450. In your picture, it would plug into the larger one on the right. The larger square end of the harness plugs into your truck's connector and the small flat end plugs into the back of the brake controller # 90195.

Do you know what the OTHER connector is for? I'm also wanting to install an aftermarket controller on a 2006 F350 Diesel. The integrated module has the two connectors attached. Just wondering what the the second bundle controls. Thanks.

@JoshG They're both for the factory brake controller on the 2006 F-350's. You only need the one for the Adapter item # 3065-P to control an aftermarket controller like the Prodigy P3 item # 90195.
