Speaker 1: Today we're going to be getting a good look at the Curt ATV Cargo Carrier, part number C18101. You can turn your ATV's cargo rack into a cargo basket with this easy to mount accessory. The basket has high sides and plenty of tie down points to secure your cargo. It comes with all the hardware you need to attach it to most ATVs. You could even attach it some UTVs with factory installed racks. It features a mesh floor that's going to prevent dirt and debris from building up.
It's going to be easy to hose off. The cut out here is designed to work with a wide variety of racks that extend upward. It measures 41" long by 26" wide and it's 6-1/4" tall. It's made out of a sturdy steel construction with a black powder coat finish, so it's going to be resistant to rust and corrosion. Compared to other ATV cargo carriers, this one does not require the use of a hitch and it can be permanently installed.
Because it doesn't use a hitch, it's dependent on your ATV's weight rating. Don't exceed your ATV's weight rating. Attaching it is simple. It comes with bolts and brackets to attach it around your ATV's rack. And now you've had a good look at the Curt ATV Cargo Carrier, part number C18101..

Nice size, solid. I looked at what it would look like on the front and on the back, and it’s stuck out too far in the front, fits perfect on the back. I had to use the universal brackets instead of the tapped brackets, and it’s still very solid. I got this from my sister on her farm, she is already pleased.

Awesome product. Very well made. As you can see in the Photos it is just what the doctor ordered. The problem with the Honda 500 is there is no storage. So I got this husky toolbox for storage. Unfortunately I lost real estate on the back rack. Your product was the answer to that issue. Very satisfied. The only issue I have is mounting. As you can see the plate you provided was not long enough to catch both slats on the rack. But as it is mounted it should serve well. Longer/would have been better. Also the bulls you supplied for installation or metric! Could we go with American standard?

Excellent fit for my Honda Pioneer 500. Strong and durable throughout the first year of use. It was easy to cut out a bit of steel out to accommodate my toolbox. Came with enough hardware to fit many attachment scenarios.

Works great on a Honda Pioneer 500 to add sides and containment to the rear rack. I plan to add a tool box against rear window to keep items from sliding forward. I'll also add some sort of anti-slip mat. Great product for less than half price of competition.

Well built, good value, and etrailer is very easy to deal with. It was not a perfect fit on my Yamaha Grizzly 350, so it's offset ~1". I doubt anyone but me could tell. I had to get some longer bolts and drill a few holes to get the mounts to work. So no, it's not perfect for every ATV, but bang for the buck it would be hard to beat.

After one years use the rack has seen a lot of use ans is still going strong. Had to pull it to allow clearance for a dump trailer. Off & on were quick & easy. I managed to ding up the mesh grating a little hauling heavy stuff, but nothing that affects function. I still think it cant be beat for the cost and Id buy it again tomorrow.

This works great on a Honda Pioneer 500 2018. Much better value than other options. If I can find a tool box of the right dimensions to put in front of this it will be the perfect setup for farming/recreation. Hard to beat etrailer customer service. I did add some rubber between the pioneer rack and this basket to keep metal from resting on metal. Also the basket will act as a rear bumper if you mount it out past the rear fenders.

It was perfect, I mounted it on the rear bumper of a 5th wheel RV to haul around a generator. It has pre drilled holes for mounting, I chose to weld a second bracket for extra support but it wasn't necessary. I would recommend this carrier to any one for any purpose like this it looks nice and feels very sturdy!!!

Nice rack and fits my UTV perfectly. A bit disappointed in the paint quality as rust has developed along the seams and edges. This is on a UTV that is in Arizona, a dry state, and kept covered.

Had plenty of hardware to securely attach to my UTV. The only disconcerting thing was the package when it arrived, it was open, it was torn up. My first thought was to return it as damaged. Four parts of the rack were exposed outside the box. But, I took it out, no scratches or missing parts. It's a pretty touch rack. Highly recommend.

This rack works great on my Honda pioneer 500. I put a tool box the same width next to the roll bars and this rack up against the tool box. Made a great setup.

Received and installed the carrier on a ‘22 Honda Foreman Rubicon. The instructions didn’t help, except for two brackets, the mounting hardware holes didn’t correspond with the holes in the carrier. And of course, they were in a area inaccessible on the rack! I called customer service, and was told:”No one in eight years has called with this problem.” I fabricated my own, and it’s mounted! Looks good!

- Can the Curt ATV Cargo Carrier C18101 Be Mounted with the Open End Facing BackI spoke with Curt about the Curt ATV Cargo Carrier part # C18101 and they did not see any issues in using the carrier so that the opening faces away from the ATV. However, the mounting holes used to mount the carrier are located near the open section so you would need to have a pretty large rack in order to position the carrier back far enough for there to be something to grab onto. If all else fails you can just make your own mounting holes or find a way to attach it with the open end...
