Quickly and easily install a 4-way trailer connector on your vehicle with this custom harness. T-connector plugs directly into existing wiring - no cutting, splicing or tapping required.

Installation
This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the rear bumper, on the driver's and passenger's sides. You will have to remove the protective plastic covers on either side of the bumper to access the connection points.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way connector will be stowed beneath your vehicle, near the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket (sold separately) is recommended to keep the connector secure.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

Everything is working fine and I appreciate the helpful videos and instructions provided on your site.
Bought the Curt hitch and wiring kit for 2013 Highlander and was entirely pleased with product, installation instructions, and performance for a couple years. Recently traded the 2013 for a 2019 Highlander and have bought the same hitch and wiring kit for it. 100% positive recommendation for etrailer, their products and customer service.
A very nice product. The installation was a quick, plug & play process. Everything went very smoothly - Zero surprises!
Since I'm a bit OCD. I purchased a roll of 3/8" split wire loom along with a package of small zip ties from a local auto parts retailer. I then placed the wiring harnes into the loom. Using the additional zip ties about 2' apart.
Then, I ran my my wires under the rear bumper,between the body & frame area.
Today, over a year later - Everything works as it should.

this is one of the BEST products I have bought in a long time that fits PERFECT, It took me literally 15 minutes to put this trailer hitch on my wrangler , and another 15 to install wiring kit . this was on my TJ and I put one on my YJ I also bought from Etrailer.You Guys are GREAT, keep doing your great work. I've had the Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness on my Jeep Wrangler for a year now and it still works great with my trailer!
High quality and simple install with video. There will only be about 3 ft of pigtail going toward the front bumper (if you are wiring for flat tow) so get the tow bar wire kit too.
Be forewarned this is not a pure "snap-in" harness. The ground wire does not connect to the vehicle harness, instead it comes with a self-tapping screw and instructions to drill a ground point into the vehicle. I was able to ground to a nearby bolt on my '06 Wrangler by cutting the ring connector to accommodate a larger bolt. This worked fine and avoided the need to drill. Also, the zip ties it comes with are too small and too few for the job, so have a bag of 8" ties on hand. Otherwise it works great, the install into the harness was easy and no problems with the first tow.
The Curt hitch and wiring kit arrived in perfect shape I installed the hitch and wiring harness in less than two hours. Tested the lights=perfect. The fit and looks=perfect. I enjoyed doing business with etrailer and am looking forward to buying more products. What a great company!
The hitch and wiring were a breeze to install on a 2004 Jeep TJ. I'm a friend of the purchaser and have installed at least a dozen hitches from etrailer for friends and family, including this one. etrailer has great pricing, fast delivery, and the installation videos are very helpful. I was able to use the Jeep trailer wiring adapter to run a male/female inline 4 plug to the front of my Jeep for towing behind my RV.
