This may sound overly enthusiastic, as it is often better to leave room for improvement, but with you guys everything is so well documented and explained in the videos on the web, it's like I'm right there on the premises talking to an etrailer tech... so the entire shopping experience feels like this perfect package. Leaves me with nothing but to say, keep up the excellent work.
This system is soooo easy to use. etrailer had a good price and made it easy to order on the web, definitely recommend the company and the product for anyone that has this style of hitch

Also have the Curt (GM OEM). Prefer the B&W as easier/cleaner to add/remove. The B&W chain hooks are big enough to allow passthrough of cable safety "chain" hooks where the Curt were not. Works great after a year of towing a 3 horse steel gooseneck trailer.

Very nicely finished pieces, as is typical of all B&W product.
The lever on the handle is spring loaded and is what locks the ball into the coupler. There is just enough clearance between the stem of the ball, and reciprocal in the bed, so the ball doesn't get stuck.
The carry case is a good heavy construction, and the chain couplers are easy to use.
the hitch works great. I do wish I had a better way to keep the socket clean from dirt. But, my biggest problem is snow and ice. I think I'll find some material that I can turn in my lathe that will fit into the socket to protect it better than just a cap. I'll think about building one.
Anyway, thanks for the hitch, it works great and the handle keeps my hand's clean.
This has worked very good for me. Easy to use and works fine with the 5th wheel hitch I have. This makes it easier taking my hitch out and didn't have to have brackets installed in my truck. Leaves the bed flat for other uses. Had a lot of good help from everyone I talked to at etrailer.
Have always had B&W turnover balls in the past this is my first truck with the puck system and I like the handle and is a much better fit than the factory curt ball that came with my truck (2022 GMC)
Works as designed. I hotshot heavy haul freight daily and it's stood up the heaviest loads from coast to coast. I've hauled a loaded trailer at 37K almost every day since purchased last year with no issues.
Great quality. Easy to use . Because of height of ball , I now have more clearance between trailer and truck bed.
Mark - 03/09/2022The Ball and Safety chain kit are fabulous. I can unhook my 5th Wheel and within 30 seconds I have the full use of my truck bed. The installation handle and plastic case allows me to keep grease on the ball and not on my hands. I use this ball with a Reese 20K Goosebox for a smooth pull of my 16800 lb 5th Wheel. I highly recommend this setup if you use your truck for more than just a tow vehicle.
I love this product! it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Etrailer is the best placed to get anything for your trailer, and their customer service is excellent!
The hitch is great. Much better than our old arrangement with a big steel plate and holes cut or drilled in the bed. USPS was painfully slow with the delivery.

One improvement would be to include storage for the chains in the included case.
Still have it and use as my primary ball. I have a weigh safe as a tailer second ball

The B&W goose neck ball kit is everything that I hoped it would be. I highly recommend this kit.
Name Brand, and exceptional product. Out homemade gooseneck sat low on the sides, and always worried me about hitting the sides of my bed.. the lift on this ball removed that worry. Definitely recommend
I bought this in anticipation of purchasing a gooseneck dump trailer. I bought the B&D hitch because I have a B&D 5th wheel hitch. The quality of that hitch and ease of use is so great that I had to have the B&D gooseneck hitch too. It appears to be well made and super easy to use.
Love it. Easy in and out. No messy hands thanks to the handle and storage case.
Shipping on point, haven't had a chance to use the hitch just yet so once I do ill ad more commits'.
Equipment is as advertised. Haven't had a chance to use it. But since it is B&W product I don't expect any problems. And if there is, B&W will take care of it.
