Hey Reuben, thanks for reaching out!

The Weigh Safe Safe Load Gooseneck Ball # WS27MR sits 10" tall while the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 sits 7-1/4" tall. The height measurement is take from the ball bearings to the top of the hitch ball - so you'll get an extra 2-3/4" of height out of the Weigh Safe.

Check out the attached photos to see the difference.

Are you trying to determine what you need for your gooseneck trailer to sit level?

Hey Reuben, did the extra height from the Weigh Safe Gooseneck Ball help your trailer sit level? I'm curious to know if it worked out for you, as it could give others confidence when choosing the right ball for their setup.

This answered my question before I even asked. I am running the stock Mopar gooseneck ball and it measures 6.5" tall I need some extra lift to level my RV and I think the Weigh Safe should give me about 3.5" of lift if my math is correct. Other than the B&W, which would only provide about 3/4" of lift, is there another option that would fall somewhere in between? Maybe something that has an overall height of 9" or so?

@HaroldS I'm sorry to say there is on option that falls between these two. The others are shorter.
