Thank you for the fast reply. However, I have the Anderson Ultimate Hitch, #3220. Will this Anderson Hitch clear the handle on the B&W gooseneck ball? Thanks,

Since there isn't a latch on top of the ball of the # BWGNXA2061 you can use it with a fifth wheel to gooseneck adapter like the Andersen Ranch Hitch # AM3100 that you referenced. The other similar options that have the release lever on top of the ball can not be used with the Ranch Hitch.

I have a solution for you, but unfortunately we've had several complaints regarding the Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel connection and the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit, # BWGNXA2061. The hitch ball does not allow the Andersen Ultimate adapter to sit flush with the bed. Instead, you will want the Reese Pop-In Ball Kit # RP30137 which can be used with the Andersen Ultimate.
