Do understand the 225 is just slightly narrower(10mm) and shorter(25mm) so it will slightly lower your trailer height and the wheels are going to turn more revolutions which typically means more heat and wear. The biggest benefit you may notice is the smaller tires have a narrower tread so they will be quieter at highway speeds.

  One of the big differences between the tires you mentioned is the Load Range. The part # TTWTRTM2257515D and # AM10256 Load Range D and are from Taskmaster and Karrier respectfully. The Load Range E versions are Taskmaster # TR225LRE and Karrier # AM10303. So essentially it's two brands of tires that have the same size available in different Load Ranges or weight capacities.
