Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at the TecNiq slim line accent surface mount light 48 inches long. You're gonna give both blue and white option for colors and it comes in a nice black aluminum case or housing. So that black aluminum housing's gonna help dissipate the heat. It has different mounting holes all through it.
The lens is an acrylic lens. You simply slide it off to mount it. Now you have access to your mine holes all the way across here. And then you have access to see the LEDs as well. You got three different wires, 12 inches long each, and they are a sheath pigtail.
You have white, blue and black. And black is gonna be the color power. And then blue and white on your ground would give you the color of the LEDs that you're looking for so you can purchase parallel mounting clips, sold separately, if you wanna attach a couple of these in series. Let's go ahead and get this powered up so you can take a look at it with the lights on and off. So as I mentioned, your ground is gonna be black and then your power wire is gonna be whatever color you want it to be.
So that's blue. And then this is white and I will go ahead and shut off the overhead lights so we can get a better view of these in color. And I will go ahead and zoom out here in a second. So let's do white first. Pretty bright as you can see.
And then let's switch to blue. Bear with me here. There we go. Now blue's not gonna show up that blue on this camera with just the way my auto focus and the lighting in the room, so I apologize for that in advance. It does actually have a nice blue tone to it, believe it or not. I know looking at the camera right now myself, it looks kind of white, but you can definitely see the difference between white and blue whenever you're looking at 'em in person. And they do put off a lot of light. That's about head height there. And let's go ahead and turn back on overhead lights in the studio. So again, folks, you have white or blue, both options. Again, a nice frosted acrylic cover. They are super lightweight, super easy to use, super easy to wire up and again, mount, because again, you just simply slide that acrylic lens right off and they're so easy to install, you're gonna wish you got 'em sooner. So if you have questions about this, reach out to us. We're here to help you. I'm Steven. That wraps it up for our look together at this TecNiq Slim line accent Surface Mount light. Have a good one.
works well, as described, throws off a lot of light
