The two most likely causes of a MaxxAir vent fan lid not opening or closing are either going to be a lift motor or operator failure. I recommend removing the motor and applying power directly to this to see if the shaft turns. If not, you know the…

WOW! I am impressed! I called to place my order and real person answered, spoke perfect English, albeit a slight southern accent, and my order was sent within a day, shipped quickly and I had it a few days later. I saved over a hundred dollars over local and installed it my self. I cant imagine how that they could do any better. THANKS!
RV Cargo Slides: 800 lbs with 60 Percent Extension
Bring your gear within easy reach with an 800 lbs capacity and a 60 percent extension that saves you from crawling into the bay. Measure your pass-through door and lip carefully—listed sizes are overall dimensions, and a small spacer may be needed to clear a threshold or center support. Prefer access from both sides? Choose a 2-way slide; single-side slides keep things simple and secure.
Check both the overall width and the inside dimensions against your door opening. Compare the door threshold height to the tray's lowest support; a center support can hang lower than the frame. If it contacts the lip, add spacers under the frame or a height adjustment kit to raise the tray so it slides freely.
Yes, if your loaded cargo stays within 800 lbs. Distribute weight evenly on the tray and bolt the frame to solid structure. If this sits in a front storage compartment on a trailer, expect it to add to tongue weight; how much depends on your trailer's design. If your tongue weight exceeds your weight distribution bars' rating, consider heavier bars.
It lets you reach deep cargo without climbing in. On 2-way slides, it can extend 60 percent in both directions for access from either side. On single-side versions, it extends 60 percent one way. Measure your compartment depth and door opening to be sure the extended tray clears and you can still reach what you need.
Some lock closed, but not all lock open. Before loading, test the open-position catch so the tray doesn't roll back on a slope. Make sure the locking mechanism fully engages each time; if it doesn't, address it before travel or add a way to secure the tray when extended.
