If a cover won't stay on, confirm you selected the MORryde-specific kit and that you measured the tread, not the door or frame.
No tools are needed. Each cover is molded to hook around the bottom lip of the tread—line it up and press so it wraps underneath and grips. No drills or adhesive are used. If a cover doesn't stay on, recheck tread width, confirm you have the right step family (Lippert or MORryde), and make sure the bottom groove is fully seated.
Match the Pop Step kit to your tread width and step count. Measure across the flat metal tread (edge to edge) and confirm if you have 2-step or 3-step, and whether the top tread is deeper. Kits molded for 20 inch or about 24 inch treads snap on; 26 inch treads can work but may be a bit short on each side. A deeper top-step cover is available for setups with a deeper top tread.
