Question:
I have a 2024 Jayco Jay Feather Micro 199MBS. It only has two steps. Is that normal, and which PopStep kit do I need?

Hi Eric - yes, that’s completely normal.
The Jay Feather Micro sits lower to the ground than many larger travel trailers, so a 2-step Lippert SolidStep setup is typical from the factory.
Now just verify tread width before ordering so you don't get the wrong covers!
Open the steps and measure across the flat metal tread from left edge to right edge.
• If it measures 24 inches wide = you need # PS27UR 2-step
• If it measures 20 inches wide = you need # PS99UR 2-step
Most of the Micros I’ve seen run the 24 inch wide step, but measuring takes 30 seconds and guarantees you get the right fit.
Is this a new-to-you travel trailer, or have you had it for awhile Eric?

Measured mine and it’s actually right at 20". Glad I checked before ordering.
