For long spans or black tank dumps, secure the hose to prevent tipping; aluminum and plastic slinky options include collapsible designs for easy storage.
Add support on runs beyond about 6' and avoid long unsupported spans. Strap the hose to the support, especially before a black tank dump, to help prevent tipping on curves. If the path is nearly a 10' span or the hose gets full, the support can roll—use extra bracing at the camper end or a tether point to keep it under the hose.
