24x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs
OH MY GOODNESS! I used another sight the promised a quicker delivery, and less money. You get what you pay for! I was notified 8 days after I thought I ordered it that "no one can get you it that cheap" and they would charge me $60 more to send it in 2 weeks. WHAT?!? I leave on a trip in 5 days. NEVER FEAR! I found etrailer!!! They got me the carrier in less than 5 days, for a VERY reasonable cost, and we just got back from our week-long vacation. The trailer worked FABULOUSLY, and instead of cramming 2 kids, grandma, one niece and us with our luggage, we were able to put most the luggage on our carrier and have a very easy 6 hour drive. THANK YOU etrailer.com!!!!
The hitch works very well have no complaints. Easy to install took all of thirty minutes. Customer service is great.

24x60 Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Well designed and made product....I added some lock washers for my own peace of mind. Plan to carry my 60 lb EBike
Ordered this cargo carrier, extra large bag and light kit. Shipping was extremely fast; arrived in less that 4 days. Easy to assemble, I did however run to my local hardware store and got extra heavy duty washers to be sure all was nice and snug when assembled. The cargo carrier assembly was as easy as described; however no matter how I put in the lights, the plug wire was not long enough. Bought a $4 extender at Walmart. Be sure to put the rubber grommets in first, then put the lens in !!! Packed 3 large suitcases, 2 large duffel bags, smaller bags and still had room!! We did a 800 mile round trip to the beach, ran through some terrible rain storms, but everything stayed bone dry inside the cargo bag. Great product, fast shipping; wish I would have bought this long ago.

Rola Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 54-1/2" Long x 40-1/2" Wide x 5" Deep - 130 lbs
We have a 2015 Subaru Outback. It has side rails and cross bars but nothing to keep our roof top cargo bag from sitting directly on the roof. So we were looking for a basket for mounting to the rails and holding the cargo off of the roof, saw good reviews on this one and felt it was a good price. Since we had a limited amount of time left before needing it, I called into etrailer and spoke with Vince. He was very easy to converse with, answered my questions, took my order over the phone so that the basket could be sent out as soon as possible and even told me how I could get a price match applied to my purchase. I received the basket yesterday, assembled it and mounted to my Subaru this morning. It is a very sturdy piece of equipment, well made, fit well, looks good and will certainly hold all of the items we will need to haul. The basket comes in 2 halves which you put together using rubber gaskets to cover the connecting screws and joints. There is the deflector that is mounted to the front using 4 screws and then the mounting brackets that are used to mount it to the roof crossbars. Our bars were 30" apart center to center and everything fit perfectly and looks great. We will be putting it to use this weekend on our beach trip.
Great Product I am pleased with how good it looks on my 4runner. Install was a breeze. It took a while for it to get here due to it being on backorder, but once it shipped on a Friday I had it on Tuesday. There were no holes drilled on the basket for the wind deflector to mount to. I'm just going to drill them myself. Other than that, I am very pleased..

MaxxTow 30x50 Wheelchair Carrier w/ 48" Long Ramp - 2" Hitches - Folding - Steel - 500 lbs
The MaxxTow Wheelchair Carrier. The product is very sturdy, assembled easily. The ramp is quite adequate for the low to the ground Ford Flex hitch height. I ordered this from etrailer and did not have time to receive it at home before leaving on vacation. Thanks to etrailer & UPS for three day shipping I received it at my hotel in Oklahoma, where I assembled it and put it to good use. The only complaint I have for MaxxTow is there were no assembly instructions on line. True, its not very complicated, however a tool list would have been nice to have. It all worked out because the nice maintenance man at the hotel loaned me some tools and 45 minutes later it was assembled and the scooter was loaded and ready to go. The Carrier got a good test of over 2500 miles from Oklahoma to California. The only issue was going over steep drive ways with the Ford Flex it is low and drags if you don't take it at an angle. A good product for a fair price.
Good. No issues. I added lights to make it more visible at night
I carried a 330 pound wheelchair on the platform for less than a week and it warped the mesh on the ramp. The platform held up well but I worry about using it again this year for my friend because if the ramp breaks down it could ruin his wheelchair leaving him in a terrible position. If I had been using the platform every day for this whole year I am sure it would be in pieces. It was supposed to handle 500 pounds so I am not sure why the ramp has such damage with only 330 pounds in under a week.
I have now used the platform twice. Both times the platform was used once a day for about a week. So that is only 2 weeks of total use of the platform since purchase. The platform is carrying an electric wheelchair for a friend. The first week the ramp became warped. The mesh started becoming indented. The second week one of the hinges popped a weld. It almost made using it impossible and would have left my friend completely stranded on the opposite side of the country to where he lives with no way too transport his wheelchair. He would have had to drive his wheelchair 80 miles to the airport in order to get home!Unfortunately after only 2 weeks of use the platform is now unusable.

24x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Sturdy, flares up at hitch sleeve to avoid bottoming out as my old other flat model did all the time. I use it on my motor home mostly. . Easy to put together. Excellent tie down rails. Price is right. I give it a 5 star.
Installed on 2018 Sienna. Sturdy and well built. Purchased this cargo basket for our upcoming trip to Florida (1500 miles). I'm able to get (4) full-size suitcases lying on their sides within the frame rails. Plenty of storage, very pleased.

20x59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs
Just used the carrier this last week which worked great with a storage container and some ratchet straps. You obviously need to be aware of it when coming out of a parking lot with a steep driveway as it will scrape but I only had issues with it once the entire week I used it. The flip up feature works great. Especially when you need to parallel park! I debated about the 20 vs the 24 but the length is plenty if you plan to use it with a storage container or get a few bags of mulch or something. I also chose the smaller version as the TW is 400lbs and this is cantilevered out so you really can't put the max capacity on the carrier depending on the hitch rating. Just be aware of the true dimensions as the interior is not 20x60 (mine measured 19.25x57.5). I also appreciated e-trailer EXCEPTIONAL customer service by ensuring this got to me in time for my trip. I got immediate response from them when asked about shipping and the package actually came ahead of when they promised. I will definitely be using e-trailer again.
Installation: Easy Assembly: Easy Attached to: Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" Item # C13163 Use: Camping equipment. Cooler, Chairs, Sleeping bags, firewood, etc. Like: The fact that it folds is a huge positive. What I would change: perhaps adding a ring or two on the sides to allow for bungee cords or rope. Because the hitch is already a bit low on the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander (stock wheels, tires, suspension) the back part of the basket can bottom out rather easily. It has nothing to do with the carrier itself though. I would definitely recommend this product! I'm going to use it again in a month for our next camping trip.

22x59 Rola Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 600 lbs
As others have mentioned the shipping box was a bit beat up but arrived quickly with all parts and minimal scratches in the powder coating. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon and half the order arrived on Wed, the rest on Thursday. Setup was quick and I did purchase washers for the rear bolts to give a bit more coverage. I also ordered the Rola LED light kit and cargo net. Both fit perfectly. This thing is strong! Prior to loading I stood on the carrier while on the hitch and jumped up and down. Barley any flex and I am not a light guy by any means. There was very little play once in the receiver and I did not notice any rattles or excess noise on our week long 600 mile road trip. I did not use any type of anti rattle device. With the cargo on the back the passengers and dogs loved having the extra room to move around. As all of my vehicles have hitches so this will be a great addition any time we need extra room or carrying capacity. One thing to note if you are not ordering any pins or locks is that a 5/8 inch pin does not work, you need to have a 1/2 inch pin. Luckily I had both so I was able to use my existing hitch receiver lock. I included pictures of it installed on a 1994 GMC G2500 van. I was able to open both rear doors before loading although the door mounted full size spare did eat up a bit of room. The hitch on the van is bent from an accident by the previous owner so on my application the rack does tilt in towards the vehicle a bit. This is solely due to my hitch, not the rack itself. I did try it on my pickup and it sat nice and level. If you are looking for a cargo carrier I highly recommend the Rola.
After reading reviews for products for a couple months, I settled on and purchased the Rola Cargo Carrier (Item 59502) along with the Tuffbak (Item 59119) and the LED Light Kit (Item 59516) for a recent trip to gulf coast of Florida with my family. Typically with my wife and myself, we don't need the extra room - but I took my parents with us, so needed extra cargo room. This setup worked great on the back of my Toyota 4Runner. The back hatch will not open with the cargo carrier loaded down, but the back window rolled down in the 4Runner making getting to stuff in the cargo area a breeze. As some others had mentioned, the packaging on the carrier (from Rola not etrailer) could be somewhat more sturdy as part of mine had some scratches that I covered with some paint. The carrier itself is incredibly sturdy and love the design. Another reason why I purchased this carrier was being able to add the LED lights which was a great feature. I did not use the hitch pin that came with the product, as I needed one that would lock. Using a locking hitch pin, I also added a hitch stabilizer and had no issues with it moving. I assume using the pin that comes with it would keep you from having to use the stabilizer but I preferred the pin would lock. The lights installed easily and plugged right into the car and worked flawlessly. The bag says its water resistant and not waterproof, however, we had pretty substantial rain on the way home and nothing in the bag got wet. I also added a master lock thru the zipper pulls on the bag and an additional ratcheting tie down. I have zero complaints and it worked great. I had to contact etrailer because one package was delivered but the other was not and I only had one tracking number. They were quick to send me an additional tracking number and even messaged to make sure it made it the next day. Great customer service, would definitely use them again.

19x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Aluminum - Folding - 500 lbs
I bought this cargo carrier to haul my wife's wheelchair when we go on vacation. The "foldable connection bar" is not long enough to let me fold the cargo carrier up on my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. I could have bought an aluminum carrier locally that did not fold up.
I chose this carrier due to being the lightest weight for its size and load rating. Additionally, I was looking for a dual purpose carrier to haul bulky items outside the vehicle and full sized mountain bikes. The carrier is simple to assemble, easy to install/remove, and store. As for hauling mountain bikes, I added a fork axle mount to a piece of oak. Bottom line - for less than the price of dedicated hitch bike rack with the optionality to haul firewood and fuel to the trailhead it's worked great.

MaxxTow 30x50 Wheelchair Carrier w/ 60" Long Ramp - 2" Hitches - Folding - Steel - 500 lbs
I purchased this carrier so I could move my snow blower from job to job and it works excellent. Great carrier that I highly recommend thats at a great price.
Hi Patrick,The Cargo Carrier is excellent. I use it often and am very glad I purchased it.ThanksKent
I bought this product for the width and the ramp. I carry a generator from my house to the deer lease 120 mi one way, Sportsman model 7500 dual fuel, weighing about 270 lbs. The first carrier I ordered made it there just fine, then upon returning home, I noticed that the carrier was sagging bad. I contacted etrailer and they immediately sent a replacement. The replacement did not even make it 10 miles on paved roads in the city before it started to bend. Terrible product, the squaring tubing that the designed used is too thin of gauge, i cant imagine what would happen if someone tried to haul the rated capacity of 500 lbs. Pictures of both carriers attached.

Thule Transporter Combi Hitch Mounted Enclosed Cargo Carrier - Tilting
The Hitch and Cargo carrier are very easy to install and looks great in the 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. It fits with the spare tire on the back.
Extremely Happy The amount of storage capacity, and ease of use with this product is outstanding. Having this has enabled us to use the back of our SUV for the dogs and we have never run out of space yet. Easy to assemble, easy to use, kept our luggage dry in a snow storm, we are very happy we purchased this. We would however suggest getting the locking thule hitch pin, the bolt that comes with it works but you can't lock it and prevent theft of the whole unit without the lock.

Yakima SkyBox 21 Rooftop Cargo Box - 21 cu ft - Black Carbonite
Adds much needed space for long trips. Excellent construction. Like any other roof top carrier, the gas mileage does decrease but the trade-off is worth it.
It is a great addition for long trips. Good construction!
What a great product. It actually gets used on our 4 door pickup allowing our 5 person family to travel without using up bed space. Always dry and super easy to install with 2 people (I have installed it alone, just not as easy on a pickup truck). No noise and very secure. Very happy with this purchase.

Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket - 66-1/2" Long x 37" Wide x 4" Deep - 150 lbs
Great product. Easy to assemble, and was exactly what I ordered. Very durable. Highly recommend this product.
This basket is above the quality expected at the great price. Extremely well built with an ease of assembly. Took me about 1 hour to complete. All of the hardware was labeled and fit like a glove. Highly recommend it! Can't beat the space and look. We are ready for some trail riding and camping.

24x60 Surco Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs
Great product and large size fits family needs, looks great. Modified with two led tail/ turn lights and harness all purchased from etrailer. Folding it up was a must and not disappointed :-) etrailer was fast and very professional. Great job etrailer! We bought the Led lights, rubber grommets, right angle pig tails, trailer harness 4 plug, weather proof cargo bag, hitch locks and folding cargo carrier...all great quality...
This cargo basket came recommended by the tech support guys at Etrailer. The construction is excellent and it fit perfect on our 2007 MDX.
One year later, and absolutely no problems with the cargo carrier. We do not use it alot, and store it in our shed. However, it is very handy and cannot accommodate an incredible amount of stuff. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Rola Swinging Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Trailer Hitch
sorry for taking so long to reply, but been busy. As you can see from the pictures attached the box is installed and works very good. I have a few comments on it and how it goes together. The main part went together very well and quite quickly, it does take two people for the most part, which is no big issue, my main concern is why the licence plate light is not supplied with the box, already installed, as this is necessary in most states/ provinces and therefore should already be part of the complete box assembly. The other concern is the quality of locks provided on the box and the rack. The ones provided are very inferior to those provided on the Thule box. To date I've not used the box on a trip, but feel it will work very well.
We have now used he Rola to go to Florida twice and a good friend of ours has it back down in Florida for the balance of the winter. We love it, with the exception of the locks on the box. It is too bad that these are not the same of some other type of roof boxes that would make it much more secure and less of a concern when parked over night at a hotel motel. We have shown the box on the vehicle to several people and to my Lincoln Dealership, who has shared the pictures I sent to you will owners who are interested. All in all we are very happy. Cheers Al W. PS change the locks....UPDATE: One point to add to my last comment, is that Ive added an extra foam sealer around the lid and today have had no issues of water inside the box. A cheap addition that works. At least so far.
Ordered a month before needed Never got to use it because lights did not work properly. Was instructed by Etrailer to call ROLA for replacement light assembly. Called ROLA took 2 weeks to get the WRONG assembly for the unit I purchased. Individual who took the report said he was technical support side stepping the issue and then proceeded to explain how to attach ( splice in ) light from one harness to another. $1000. For something you have to rig up when you get it. DON'T BUY, if you do DON'T Bother with ROLA they don't even know what parts go to it.

17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
The 20X48 Curt cargo carrier is very well made. I bought it because the etrailer.com video convinced me that with the use of the locking pin, loaded on my 1-1/4" hitch, the carrier would not do a lot of moving and shaking when traveling. The cargo carrier lives up to this claim however I do have one gripe: This carrier is not actually 20X48"; the interior dimension is really 17-1/2X46". I had previously bought an aluminum 20X60" carrier from my local Northern Tool but I returned it because I had to use a 2" hitch adapter and it made the cargo carrrier very unstable, however, the actual inside dimensions where as advertised: 20X60!
I wanted a small trailer for my 1 1/4" hitch on my Prius V to fit two Rubbermaid Roughneck Trash Barrels for trips to the town Transfer Station. The 17.5" aprox depth of the basket of this trailer fits the bottom of the barrels just right. I judged that a 60" wide would not fit three barrels anyway and that might be too heavy a load, so the 47" x 17.5" inside dimension of this was best. The attached photos show two barrels in the trailer. Some have complained that the assembly instructions are lacking. Here are some tips: The bottom platform pieces should be placed so that the tubing is flush at the central rails, the flat rails with 4 holes that bolt to the center 1 1/4" square tube are a bit wider than the square tubing that make up the bottom platform and the extra lip should point down so you have a nice flush platform in the bottom of the tray where you will be putting stuff. If you have those pieces upside down, you would have a little ridge sticking up on each side of the central square tube and that would not work well as well as the bottom of the tray, and the "T" connectors would not fit correctly. Group the fasteners and you will have three bunches (manufacturer had the nut/bolt/washers assembled together in my shipment) A) 18 small diameter bolts/nuts/washers - those are for the flat A shaped braces which hold the bottom platform halves to the top railing halves. B) 8 medium diameter bolts/nuts/washers - those are for the fore and aft "T" connectors C) 4 large diameter bolts/nuts/washers - those hold the left half and right half of the platform together. Using the smallest bolts, fasten the "A" braces to the bottom platform halves, then bolt to the top platform halves, leave them loose with about 1/8" of play. Now you have two half assemblies of the bottom tray. Place the middle 1 1/4" square "hitch" piece between the two half assemblies and line them up but do not put the 4 big bolts in yet. Put the two "T" connectors at the back and hitch side. The "T" connector with the reflector goes at the back, and the reflector points toward traffic. The other one goes on the hitch side. Loosely bolt the "T" connectors using the 8 medium bolts and then fasten the two sides together snugly with the 4 big bolts. Then tighten all other fasteners. A ratchet and metric sockets and an adjustable wrench to hold the nut while tightening the bolt head is much handier than two wrenches.

23x59 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
I have not had a chance to use it yet but it seems like it will do a decent job at what it’s designed for. The reason for the three stars is simply for the assembly process. The two brackets you put on first aren’t actually square so there is only one way to put them on. The directions do not specify this or give detailed enough pictures about this and many other parts to the assembly process. It sounds way more simple than it actually was. What should have taken about 5 minutes to assemble took me about 30. I suggest to just not try and look at the instructions and just assemble it yourself.
A good size and very strong. I like the fact that it has a grated bottom, as opposed to a few bars like many of its competitors. There are many holes and notches present for any customization desired. Also makes for a great chair to relax. I also ordered the anti-rattle pin so as to fasten this tightly to the hitch. IMO that should be included with any of these trailer-hitch-Mount accessories.

Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Matte Black
The delivery was right on time as the common carrier arranged. I wish the carrier would have taken the pallets from the delivery. I will be using the carrier for hauling my "golf" equipment. The carrier will suffice for this chore.
Very nice rocket box. Roomy, lightweight and well built. My wife and I put both sets of golf clubs in it with room for smaller stuff like shoes and clothes. It turned out to be just what we were looking for.

20x47 MaxxTow Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Aluminum - 500 lbs
Pretty solid unit, lots of nuts and bolts. Instructions could use a bit of help. Make sure everything is oriented correctly before assembling. I also installed the brackets inside the unit instead of outside.I used stainless hardware everywhere I could. That's just me. The light kit, Rola LED Light Kit for Railed Cargo Carriers - 59516 along with the Trailer Light Mounting Bracket for 6-1/2" Oval Trailer Lights, Steel - Black Powder Coat - BK70BB is a nice add-on. It took some retooling of the upper rear cross-member to properly fit brackets and lights to my liking. No cob-jobbing here. removed the top rear cross-member, removed parts of the flange, the brackets and light kit bolted right up level and tight. Had to move a couple of brackets also, no big deal. Don't know if a flat bracket is available, that would be ideal. All in all I am very satisfied. Dealing with etrailer always cake. Check out the pictures.
Used it quite a few times. I use a hitch tightener to eliminate rattles. Received several compliments on the light kit. All in all it has performed admirably. No issues with exhaust heat either. Get one.
Have no complaints it is working just like it is suppose to.
