Perfectly as described, Box was a heavy hitch and the box must have been damaged in shipping so it was a little delayed. You can't mess up a forged hitch it still is in excellent condition.

Picked up my teardrop in ABQ on 2/17/23, and the Curt ball mount lined up perfectly with no drop/rise, and the extra length gave clearance for my rear door mounted spare tire. This mount is a beast, and the "overbuilt" nature of it gave me confidence that my Bronco would tow the teardrop easily. I also got the Curt Echo wireless brake controller, which synced easily to my phone and was easy to install, set up, and use. Overall a great towing experience, thanks to etrailer and Curt!

Very versatile - can use it on both my vehicles that have very different hitch height. Clean welds, super solid. Weighs a LOT!

This is a beast of a drawbar, solid forged steel & well finished. It's also very heavy and E-Trailer needed to ship 3 times because the first two broke out of the box they were packed in. (Someone in the USPS has a couple nice draw bars.) Fortunately the 3rd effort was much better packed in a reinforced box and was successfully delivered. E-Trailer customer service was exemplary in resolving the shipment issue & I will definitely shop with them again.

Great product. Needed the 7inch of drop for my lifted truck. Hitch is easy to install. Very well built. Heavy duty.

Love the design with no locking through pins to worry about. Only reason for three stars is I received the product with cosmetic damage from being dropped.

Works great. The locking pin feels like it could be a bit wider but otherwise I love it. I’m a novice at towing so the adjustability of the height has helped make sure the towing has been optimized at all times.

This receiver is built like a tank !!

This ball mount turned out better than I was expecting. Looking forward to putting this to work.

Still haven't towed anything with it yet but it seems very solid. I do think it will rattle some in the receiver because it is loose in my 2" receiver on my 2019 F150.

Ordered this hitch and it worked perfect for what I needed just bought a teardrop trailer. Couldn't open up the tailgate on my Jeep so I ordered this extended hitch and I brought the ball out past my spare tire and the tailgate opens up now I have no problems. And I looked everywhere couldn't find one of this quality and at this price very reasonable the other ones hundreds of dollars didn't want to spend that much.

This was the longest hitch ball mount I could find anywhere. I used it with a short extension for my 2021 T G so that I could open the back doors without hitting the trailer wheel crank. With my new trailer, Intact Flyer Discover, I don't need the extension and can still open the doors. Works well.

Works flawlessly. I was very excited the day I got home and my Rapid hitch was on the front porch. It came in nice box and was packaged very well. I opened it up and unpacked my rapid hitch and I was very impressed with the quality and precision of this hitch. All of the machining was PERFECT and everything fit together right. I put it in my truck right away. Going down the road with the trailer on and off there is absolutely no rattles, clunks, or jolts. I also love how everything is aluminum or stainless steel, NO RUST. I wish I could've gotten the greaseless model but my boat is too heavy. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with locking pins. With a hitch this expensive I really wish it came with them. Do yourself a favor and order them with your rapid hitch so you don't have to pay for shipping in the future. Other than that great product and I believe it will outlast me.

Good quality ball/hitch with high tow capacity rating. Needed something for my different height trailers, and this works perfectly.

This hitch is extremely well made and makes it very easy to go from towing a lightweight storage trailer with my SUV and heavy towing with my 3/4 ton pickup. Switching ball sizes is a breeze. I highly recommend this hitch

works great, it is heavy but that is because it is not a hollow tube. Great value for the price too.

A real solid quality hitch mount.

My order was missing installation parts, but the etrailer team were quick to correct the issue. Even without a lift, I was able to install the receiver and brake light cable quickly, thanks to their extensive video libray.

This hitch is amazing!!! Be prepared though it is very heavy! I love how easy it is to adjust to different heights and ball sizes with the 2 common sizes provided. The scale on the back can be helpful to let you know if you have the proper trailer weight. The more you use it the more you will like it!

Love the height adjustment for all 3 of my trailers suuper solid, I get compliments all the time when people see it "wow that things stout!" Keeps the trailer tongue from excessive bobbing, the pins it came with are a huge improvement from the standard Bobby pin style I was used to. Over all I do not regret a dollar spent and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an initial purchase or upgrade their tow life

This was a combination product that contains both trailer balls that I use. I am very pleased with the product and do not have to worry about it breaking under a heavy pull. The service was great including the delivery time frame. I am a completely satisfied customer and will do repeat business in the future! I got all of this for what most companies would charge for 1 ball and 1 hitch bar! Great Value!!!

The Extra Long Ball Mount proved useful immediately upon receipt. Delivery was prompt, and the updates from etrailer.com helped plan transport of several bicycles, simultaneously with a camper trailer. The extended length facilitated use with a Swagman bicycle rack, also purchased via etrailer.com.
