Tech Tip:

2015-2017 vehicles may turn off power output to the 7-way when in park or during gear shifting. The recommended wire kit can be used to install a power wire from the 7-way to the battery for uninterrupted power.

Some models have the brake (blue) and hot lead (orange or red) wires already ran to the rear of the driver side frame rail. However, these wires are hard to access and additional wire will be needed. We still recommend using part ETBC7.
