The reason that the valve on the Connector Kit # DZ97962 would need to be closed with the Auxiliary Tank # DZ91752X installed on your 2016 Ram 2500 is because DeeZee didn't design it to work that way and it may cause check engine alarms to go off. I spoke to my contact at DeeZee who confirmed this.
I also asked her if they had heard of any issues with Ram models that don't have the fuel cap filler tube and she said that they haven't heard anything about this.

In order to install the Thule Hideaway adapter, part # TH308960, on your 2019 Ram ProMaster 2500 you need to drill into the roof. It doesn't fit into the factory mounting points.
Instead part # TH301650 is what you're looking for. It does fit into the factory mounting points on the roof without drilling.

You will need at least 10 bolts for the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279687, and those bolts are the Zinc Shackle Bolt with Locknut for Double-Eye Springs # TRFA73Z916DLNZ.

These jaws are the only part of the hitch that requires grease for maintenance other than the puck locks where the mechanism needs to turn. For the Thule Elite Van XT, part # TH302013, Thule recommends Dekalin MS 5, SIKA 252 or Terostat MS937 glue. A 2-way tape can accomplish this, however I recommend going with one of the glues.

I reached out to my contact at Curt and they have run into this issue before. The stud pictured is a grounding stud that is not used and is not always in the way, it seems Dodge did not put it in the exact same location on each vehicle.
He mentioned that you can cut off the stud without any issues and will then be able to mount the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13207 on your 2019 Ram ProMaster 2500 without issues.

When adjusting the height of a pin box such as # LC1191191 it is important to support the pin box when removing the bolts. I recommend 2 or 3 buddies to give you a hand and make sure no one is beneath the pin box while raising or lowering it.
With the pin box supported unbolt it, raise or lower it as needed, and then put the bolts back in and tighten them down. According to Lippert use the following torque specs:

To install the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 all you need is the part # 3024-P that you mentioned. Your 2020 Ram 1500 does have the correct connector present and it is wired up properly. You also would not need to take the truck to a dealer to have the computer flashed either.

The flicker you are seeing on the brake output circuit of your vehicle is normal. Brake controllers will lightly pulse their output circuit to check to see if a trailer is connected due to the amperage draw of the brake magnets.

I took a look at the online version of your 2014 Ram 2500 owner's manual. It looks like there should be a 30 amp pink fuse located in the F11 position inside the power distribution box (under the hood). This particular fuse is for the integrated trailer brake module on the truck. Make sure this fuse is present and in good condition.
