Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Lunette Ring Coupler Lock. This coupler lock is going to help deter theft of your trailer with a lunette ring coupler that accepts a pintle hook. It is going to be very easy to operate. Just insert the key, twist the lock portion off, then you can take that top off.
To get it installed, you'll just lift this up through the ring there, set this top piece on top, and line up your lock. This does have a heavy duty construction that's going to fit inside of your 2 7/8 inch inner diameter lunette ring couplers. The metal alloy construction is going to be very durable and weather resistant. So it's not going to be easy to tamper with at all. The lock here is going to be covered with this dust cover.
So it's gonna help keep dirt, debris, moisture, that sort of thing out of our lock mechanism. They do include two keys, are very easy to get lined up, give it a little half twist there, quarter twist, and it will come apart for us so that we can get our trailer hooked up to our tow vehicle. And then walk away once it's locked and not having to worry about someone coming along, hooking up, and taking off with our trailer. This does come with a limited lifetime warranty.
