Great question. I would double check that the bumper with the D-Rings is rated for flat towing, not all bumpers are. The Roadmaster D-ring adapters will work on your Demco Commander. It depends on the thickness of the D-Rings on which ones you will want, if they are 3/4" # RM-035, and for 1" thick # RM-035-1.
