By 'bumper', I believe you're referring to the rear crossmember, as the bumper isn't actually removed during the installation.
To install the Draw-Tite 76310 Class III hitch which we offer as part # DR64FR, you'll remove the rear cross member and the hitch will take its place, the cross member will be removed and not replaced. The hitch will provide the necessary rigidity to the vehicle frame and impact protection, just like the cross member did before it was removed.

I do have a workaround for you but straight out of the box there are no locks for the Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH27000XTB for your 2020 Jeep Gladiator.
The workaround is that the Thule Xsporter Pro # TH500XTB does come with a locking device for 2 of the legs (one for the front and one for the back) and since the clamps for these systems have the same dimensions you can just purchase extra clamps and the extra hardware to add locks to the TracONE.

The installation instructions we have linked on the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink # DM26VR product page does show the air line connections for a Spartan K2 chassis with air brakes. From what I've seen this looks to be the same for your Spartan K3 chassis.

The metal skid plate does get reinstalled and will not have to be modified when installing the Blue Ox base plates on your 2021 Jeep Gladiator; the correct fit for your Gladiator is the following number:

I have personally installed the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-521453-5 on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator and can confirm it is a rather easy install when compared to other base plate installs. If you have the Rubicon model then it will take a bit longer to trim the skid shield but other than that it is a rather easy install as far as base plates go. The # RED67FR brake controller wiring harness is compatible with both the # RED44FR Tow-Pro Elite and the # RED24FR Tow-Pro Liberty brake controllers, but the it's not compatible with the Jeep Gladiator. The Blue Ox adapter for aftermarket off-road bumpers, part # BX88357, are designed to fit on loops that are on a bumper but there's no reason that can't be used on a tow loop like your Maximus-3 Loops. I did a little research and those are rated for towing so this should be a good setup for you. You can use the included washers to take care of the play.
To use these you need to have either the Aladdin, Aventa LX, or Alpha, part # BX7380, for your tow bar.

When we installed a similar system on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, we found that in the drivers side taillight harness, the yellow wire carries the left turn/left brake lamp circuit, so that's where to attach the yellow wire. The Malone Axis Truck Bed and Roof Load Extender with Load Roller # MAL32VR has multiple height settings to allow it to be both a bed extender or roof rack extension. In order to install the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System part # RM-8700 on a 2022 Jeep Gladiator you'll need the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit part # RM-751497. This kit allows you to obtain the brake light needed for the monitor on the InvisiBrake without splicing into the Jeep.
