Hey Liz. The cameras of the Furrion Vision S+ item # FR64AD will need to be wired directly to a constant 12v power source, like your Grand Design's batteries, to use them in the security mode. With the infrared lights on each camera will pull less than .35 amps of power. During the day or if you're not using the IR they'll pull .2 amps.

So starting with the question about weight, since you have 5,200 lb axles, go with the 5,300 lb leaf springs, or even 6,000 lb leaf springs would be okay, but I do not recommend going with springs rated less than the axle capacity. The number of springs doesn't come into play, the capacity is what really matters. As for fit, we don't have a way of knowing what leaf springs are on any trailer - the same goes for the equalizer - so you'll need to do some measuring.

The best way to replace (or add new) safety chain loops to your trailer frame is to simply have new ones like the Brophy # MB38 welded on. There's really not another good method for doing this that will ensure safe operation in the event of a breakaway situation.
You can then add some Quick Links like # C82932 (if you don't already have them) to the loops that will hook up to your safety chains.

Hi Gina; from what I was able to find that is an 86-1/2" long 5,200 lb axle. For a replacement you can use the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles # 8327816. However, this axle has a spring center measurement of 71-1/2" and it looks like yours is 68-1/2". You can verify this by looking at the axle tag, the measurement will look like "SC=68.50." Assuming that is correct, you will have to cut off the spring seats and weld on # TRSS300 to match your current measurement.

Hey Neil, thanks for the picture! The shortest grease caps we have are the 2.44" OD EZ Lube Grease Cap item # 21-42-1 that has a 1.212" crown height and the Dexter Grease Caps item # DX99HR that have a 1.03" crown height. The crown height measurement is taken from the base of the grease cap flange that sits on top of your axle to the very top of the grease cap. It's labeled B on the picture below.

Hey Jason, thanks for reaching out. You can try to glue it but, in my experience, there isn't really a reliable way to reattach the fabric once it starts to separate. The fabric is originally bonded and mechanically captured at the factory, and adhesives or tape (like duct tape) usually only work short term before heat, tension, and wind cause it to fail again. I have a solution for you. I suggest going with the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles - 86-1/2" Long - 6,000 lbs # 8327826 and the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shocks - Tandem 8K, 3-1/2" Axles # RM-2470-2580. These will work with the Dexter axle.

I really wish there was a great solution but nothing we have works mainly because of the number of bikes. E-bike racks are primarily 2 bike racks and when you have to limit them to 5th wheel applications that makes it really hard.

The problem is your Atwood Thermostat 15034 is obsolete. So you would have to try and find one used. You may be able to replace it with a standard Thermostat # CAM09231 as it typically only requires a common and signal wire. I do see the Atwood has a 4 wire connection but as it has lights the additional wiring is likely only to power the lights. Hi Phil; good question and the Furrion Arctic RV Refrigerator # FR42PJ does not have a lock for the doors to lock them while traveling. There isn't a separate latch or lock for this particular fridge, so if ensuring the doors are always closed is paramount, I would suggest considering a different option, the Everchill RV Fridge # EV77FR.

As you have a Lippert Tuning Point pin box the only replacement we have is the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY48GR. This converts your 5th wheel to a gooseneck ball connection so you will need a gooseneck ball in your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 4500 rather than a 5th wheel hitch. You will want to upgrade to the 5-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e34SR on your 2018 Grand Design Reflection 315RLTS. The springs flattening is a common issue for this camper and these new springs are rated for 6,000lbs per set versus the 5,200lb springs from the factory.
