Replacement Spring for 2020 Grand Design Reflection 300RBTS

Question:

I am looking for leaf springs for a 2020 grand design reflection 300rbts. The originals are 4 leaf. Can they be replaced with 5 leaf? The axle tags say Dexter 5100lb.

Hey Scott, we have a 4-leaf double eye spring that is rated for 5,200 lb axles with the part # DX45CR which is the very popular size of 25-1/4 inches. I would need to know for sure how long your current springs are to know for sure if this is correct fit though. Yours should measure a little longer than this but either way let me know the length you have.

The original springs have the same dimensions as e44sr. Would the 5 leaf e34sr be a good replacement? Where are these springs manufactured?

@Scott Yeah, the 6k leaf spring part # e34sr would work great in place of what you have now. The additional leaf wouldn't cause any problems. Springs are made in China.

@JamesonC Is spring part # tru32fr made in the U.S. or are they assembled in U.S. with foreign material? Your website says made in the USA but I’ve read others say they are made in china.
