I believe you meant to type that your touch pad was part number 500210 which the Replacement Key Pad Control Unit for Power Gear Powered RV Leveling System # LC82FR is a correct replacement for. view full answer...
That looks an awful lot like a Penguin or Dometic RV Air Conditioner. We offer the Replacement Cover # AT3308046006 which appears to be very similar, only white in color. The # AT3308046006 cover is 7" tall, 29" wide and 40-1/2' long. I do suggest measuring your cover to confirm fitment. The only other way to confirm fitment would be to cross reference the model number of your air conditioner. Otherwise measuring will have to do. view full answer...
There isn't a trailer brake controller port on a 2003 Freightliner XC Chassis. Therefore, in order to install a trailer brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 you'll need to hardware to the battery, brake pedal, and trailer connector. In order to do this you'll need the Wiring Kit for 2, 4, 6, and 8 Brake Electric Trailer Brake Controllers part # 5506 as well as some extra wires, the Deka Jacketed 2 Wire part # 10-2-1. view full answer...
There is one spare tire mount made for an application like this. It is the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier w/ 2" Receiver Opening - 2" Hitches # RM-195225. This will give you a spare tire holder that can swing down for easier removal and will give you a 2 inch receiver for a bike rack. I recommend using a lock like # e98892 to secure your spare and a hitch lock like # BD580402 to secure your accessory.
For a bike rack, I recommend the Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack... view full answer...
It sounds like you are asking if a Solera Slide-Topper like the 12.5' # LCV000177334 that you were looking at can be installed on your Grand Design trailer that features an electric awning already in place. Just let me know if that is not the case.
There are a few possible styles and mounting positions of electric awnings that are used on slide-outs so it will really just be a matter of comparing where your awning is attached to the mounting location of our Slide-Toppers. I have attached... view full answer...
We can help you set up your 2002 Alfa SeeYa motorhome with a hitch receiver and related items for towing a trailer. Towing requires a hitch, ball mount, hitch ball and wiring to activate the trailer's lights. The linked article covers these basic towing items.
We have hitches for RVs that are shown on the linked page. You will want to use a frame-mount type since these have the highest capacity. Check your RV frame width to help you choose the best fit. For example, Curt hitch # C13701... view full answer...
The best way to make your Freightliner compatible with a trailer 7-Way is to test the functions with a circuit tester # PTW2993 and match sure they match. I'm attaching pin-out diagrams of both the trailer and vehicle 7-Ways that you can use as a guide to make your connections - just be sure to wire everything up by function and not by the wire color. You will be able to gain access to the wiring connections through the back of either 7-Way, either by moving the sleeve out of the way or... view full answer...
Hey Keith, we have an automatic battery disconnect from Roadmaster with the part # RM-766 that we've had customers who've installed on a 2025 Chevy Colorado that worked really well so that would be your best option. Do you have everything else needed to flat tow your vehicle? view full answer...
On the type of propane tank mounted on your 1999 Fleetwood Discovery motorhome it will use a JR Products Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 37207-30375 coming out of the tank. It would likely be a good idea to have the propane tank and valve inspected as they are going to be 25 years old and it could be you have contaminants in the tank which have clogged your current regulator. view full answer...
I reached out to Roadmaster for help clarifying this as they do not even show an Exact Center on their fitguide. They told me you are going to have better results using their Reflex Stabilizer # RM-RBK18-RSSA on your 2019 Freightliner XC 33,000 GCWR chassis. They said they have received some inconsistent results with the Exact Center of your chassis. view full answer...
Hey James,
The purple wire on the control module for the upgrade kit # LC379145 you purchased is for the optional step light. Most of the ones we've seen have all just had the connector cut off and spliced the wires together with a butt connector, but the manufacturer does have a warning sticker stating that if you cut any of the wiring you'll void the warranty. Lippert's customer service has typically been pretty easy to work with if there's an issue but they could potentially reject... view full answer...
Hey Dan, thanks for reaching out!
I really like the Rear View Safety Universal Mirror Monitor # RVS-619N since it installs in the rearview mirror location and gives you a full 7" color screen. This comes with standard camera connectors, but I'm also adding a photo from the instructions to show what the wiring configuration is if your connector doesn't match and you need to hardwire things.
Please note that this is only a good option if you don't have a standard rearview mirror as this... view full answer...
Hey Mike, thanks for the information! The V-Ride rear suspension system wasn't introduced in the Palazzo line until 2020-2021 so your 2018 Thor Palazzo 33.2 built on a Freightliner 2017 XC-S chassis does not have it. I checked with Roadmaster and there are no anti-sway bars available for your Class A since you do not have the V-Ride. I do not have any other suspension options that would help address your body roll issues.
To add a steering stabilizer, I recommend the Safe-T-Plus Steering... view full answer...
Hey Juan, thanks for reaching out!
According to my research, the pigtail for a brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 will be located around the driver's side dash, but most likely found near the steering column. The harsh reality of brake controller wiring on motorhomes is that hardly any of the manufacturers actually tell people where that wiring harness is so I don' have an exact location for you.
Since you've already ruled out under the dash, the steering column is... view full answer...
Your 2016 Dynamax Force Super C is built on the 2015 Freightliner M2 106 Chassis. Since there are no upgraded sway bars that fit the Super C the best solution to help with your steering is the Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer # RM25RR.
This is designed for Class A's and Super C's with a GVWR over 22,000 lbs like yours. The stabilizer will prevent your motorhome from wondering by keeping it centered. It uses a nitrogen-charged tandem gas spring to prevent unwanted movement rather... view full answer...
Hello Gary, thanks for reaching out. I double checked with Roadmaster, and unfortunately they do not make a front or rear sway bar for the 2012 Freightliner M2 Class C. They do make a steering stabilizer though, and this is a great add-on that will help improve ride quality and eliminate sway. Since no sway bars are available, this will definitely be the best option for an upgrade.
Now, to make sure you get the right steering stabilizer, you will need to measure the front axle U-bolts.... view full answer...
Hey, Serge.
I did some digging and at this time we don't carry a radio that has camera inputs available. We have had some in the past but Jensen hasn't had one available for several years now.
Sorry we don't have what you're looking for right now. view full answer...
Hey Michael, if you have a Firestone air bag kit installed on your 1996 Holiday Rambler that is built on the XC chassis that would mean you have the # F2071 kit and the correct replacement bag for that would be # F6781. How old is the bag you have? view full answer...
Hey Clinton, thanks for all of the info you listed on the door magnets you are looking for. Based on that the correct replacement sensors would be the part # LC379400 that you referenced. Are they no longer retracting and extending like they used to? view full answer...
While we do not have a custom fit hitch for your Freightliner MT45 we do have several heavy duty weld-on hitches that could work for you. I have included a link to all of them for you.
Based on your frame width you could use # 41990 which is 44 inches long. Then for brackets you could use 7 inch brackets # 4907 or 16 inch brackets # 4916.
If the frame is an I-beam frame then the only option is # 13703.
Weld-on hitches should only be installed by qualified professional welders. I have... view full answer...
