  I do have a video for the Fulton # F142401 which is nearly identical to the # F142400 that you were looking at. The only difference is that the # F142401 can be used with a strap or wire rope, while the # F142400 can be used with rope only. Other than that they are the same 2K rated 2-speed hand winch.   While I cannot find the exact specifications for the hole pattern on the Fulton 142208 I was able to find dimensions for the Fulton High-Performance 2-Speed Trailer Winch # F142416. It is going to have the same bolt pattern as the Fulton Winch # F142401 which I have included in the images below. As far as the strap height and alignment are concerned they are likely the same since they are both from Fulton.

  Thankfully the winch mounting bolt patterns are all very similar and the winches have slotted holes which means you could easily replace your single speed winch with the Fulton 2 speed winch part # F142401 which is exactly what you are looking for. Some two speed jacks require removing the handle and installing it on a second shaft but with this winch you just need to slide the shaft to switch gears. You can use your current strap as well.

I added the dimensions of the # F142401 to the handy diagram you made (which I appreciate you sending), and the width of the mounting base is 5-3/4", the length of the mounting base is 6-7/8", the overall length is 8-1/2", and the overall height is 6-1/4" tall. For a strap to go with the winch you can use part # FWS20HD0200.
