Install went fairly easy. There's definitely a bit of creative wire tucking involved, but nothing the every day DIYer can't handle. Worked great.

Update to previous review. The hitch arrived on in plastic covering (no box) and quite a bit of thr associated was ripped and hardware missing. After notifying etrailer, they immediately reshipped a new hardware kit which arrived in a couple days. Can't ask for much more than that!
I bought a 25 ftroll of split 1/4 in tubing, 8 bucks to protect power wire. I had 6 inches to spare. The 12 power to the battery was long enough, barely. This is for a NISSAN NV2500 cargo van. It works.
