Heavy front equipment or load shift can make the nose of your vehicle drop, throwing off handling and headlight aim. The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System adds up to 1,000 lbs of support to keep your front end level and steering confident. The hollow rubber springs bolt in place of the factory bump stops and work with your stock suspension to stabilize the ride, reduce sag, and improve traction when carrying or pushing heavy gear.
When the road gets rough, these Aeon hollow rubber springs take the hit before it reaches you. Acting as shock absorbers, they cushion bumps and minimize vibration so the ride stays smoother and more stable. That same cushioning reduces wear on your factory suspension by helping prevent bottoming out on rough roads or dips.
Each spring works on its own to handle side-to-side movement. When cornering or correcting for sway, the independent action helps keep the vehicle flat and controlled instead of leaning through turns or rolling in crosswinds. Off-center loads are balanced automatically, so stability stays consistent even when weight isn’t perfectly even from side to side.
Timbren’s hollow rubber design compresses progressively—the more weight you add, the stiffer it becomes. Light loads get a cushioned feel with plenty of travel, while heavier loads firm up for solid support. This built-in progression means you always have a smooth ride when empty and strong leveling when fully loaded without any manual adjustment or air pressure to manage.
The kit includes two hollow rubber springs, vehicle-specific brackets, and all hardware for a straightforward install—no drilling required. Once mounted above the front axle, the springs maintain constant contact with the axle so they’re always ready to cushion and support your suspension. It’s a simple bolt-on upgrade that keeps your rig level, stable, and ready for real-world work.

Product does what it is intended to do. Although with my application, installation was harder than needed. Poor design for installation purposes.
Installation was simple and easy. The video was helpful.

That sounds scary just thinking about it. I'm glad the Timbrens helped wash that all away for you!
I installed these on my 2015 Navion motorhome. It was very easy and only took about an hour. They did more than I expected. The ride is much better and a small shimmy that could be felt in the steering wheel at about 65 is gone. I would recommend these for all MB motorhomes.
The installation took about a half hour on our 2006 Winnebago View. I did not need to remove the tires, just jacked it up enough to unload the suspension a bit.
The upgrades have quieted down the front suspension both reducing hard suspension hits and body lean. The front of the View is definitely more settled.
Pros: Simplicity, and ease of install. measurable difference in RV suspension performance.
Cons: expensive for what they are. The long bolts used do not inspire confidence.
The order with Will at etrailer was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, Installation was not easy but not too bad, The hardest part was removing the factory pieces I removed them from below which was a blind nut removal operation. This is on a 2017 Mercedes Sprinter motorhome. After removal of the factory pieces I discovered that access is much easier on top between the tire and the mud flap, I turned the front wheels inward and they didn't have to be removed. The front of the motorhome had to be raised quite a bit to get the Timbren piece jnserted. Also I learned to tighten the bolt and nut in the Timbren bumper as much as possible before installation because there is no access to the bolt head when tightening the top nut to keep the bolt from turning, preventing tightening the nut.

Seems to be working great
This enhancement replaced the OEM for a 2016 (new) Mercedes Sprinter 3500 Class B+ camping chassis. OEM was OK (good enough), but the Timberlin enhancement reduced front end bounce and sway on rough roads significantly -- noticeably. (Rear Timberlin suspension enhancements were installed prior to delivery/acceptance from dealer). The Timberlin shock arrestors are three times larger than OEM. Cost to install by experienced mechanic -- $65 (less than an hour). We're happy with it. (The Sprinter has an OEM rear anti sway bar, it could also use a front anti-sway bar as well when the vehicle is used for long trips.) Having said all that, I favor the Sprinter over other Class C and B+ chassis without these modifications.

11,000 miles would not drive without both front and rear Timberlin suspension
Great improved ride and handling.
It changed the whole driving profile with the addition of a few suspension items. Well worth the time and effort.

Put on rear timbren last year.
Should of put fronts on same time.

Very happy with upgrade, really need both front and back.Have sold the Class C.Now have a Winnebago Paseo.Installed on rear already.Wish I could also find a timbre for the front.
