For the front axle of your 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 I recommend the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TMBFSP35. These Jounce-style springs will help reduce the side-to-side sway you're experiencing. These rubber springs will absorb most of the road shock, creating a smoother, more stable ride overall. Wear and tear on your suspension is also lessened because the rubber springs work to prevent bottoming out on rough roads.

For the rear axle I recommend the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SS55FR (for 4WD models). These Jounce-style springs have progressive load control which means the springs compress according to the weight of your cargo. For lighter loads the springs compress easily at first for soft engagement and a less bumpy ride and for heavier loads the springs compress by as much as 80 percent for support. They work independently from each other to compensate for off-center loads and reduce body roll during sharp turns which will drastically help with your swaying issues.

If you have a 2WD model then I recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TMBRSP35A. These Jounce-style springs will provide additional support as needed so you always have a smooth, comfortable ride. They allow the leaf springs ample movement while cushioning light loads without affecting the ride quality of your sprinter when empty. As more weight is added they become more rigid to reduce sag and increase stability. These springs will also work independently to reduce body roll with off-center loads and tight turns.
