Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Van Windows Direct driver's side rear cargo door awning van window for your transit van. Now speaking of transit vans, this is designed to fit your 2015 to current Ford Transit T150, T250 and T350. And it is very important that you go through our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer and put the year, make, and model of your vehicle and answer any other questions that it has for you. And our fit guide will confirm if this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you.
So I do want to make sure that you're getting the right window and the right side and orientation that you're looking for. So again, this is going to be for the driver's side rear cargo door. And this is going to give you ventilation, privacy, and really a clean factory style appearance all in one. This has an awning style design that's going to open outward. So I'm going to center this here real quick.
And let me see if I can give you a slightly closer view, make sure that we're in frame there. So I want to open this up here and just show you from the outside what this is going to look like. So this is going to open outward as you can see. So you're going to be able to keep fresh air moving through the van during, even during light rain because this is going to prevent rain from coming in. And then it's probably going to be difficult for you to see from that angle so I'm going to flip this around so you can see the inside and show you some other cool features.
So as you can see, I still have the window open. I'm going to come around here and show you that you've got some cool features here. First you got the blind here that's integrated. So if you want some additional privacy, you can just pull that down. And then when you're done, that's going to lift up.
Then if you want to keep that window open, but you don't want insects to fly in, then you got a screen, which is fantastic. And so it's magnetic. The enclosures are magnetic, so you're not going to have to worry about this accidentally sliding down. And then again, if you want that privacy, you got that. Kind of reminds me of like a airplane window or something like that. Very solid movement, very smooth movement. And so you got everything that you need for comfort and privacy. And this is going to give you a 17% tint, so 17% solar privacy. That's going to really help reduce glare. It's going to add shade inside as well and limit visibility. So that'll give you that privacy. I wanted to show you too, we do have these gas struts here on either side. It's going to help the window stay open. And it's a very smooth operation to close it and open it. We got these latches here as well that's going to keep it closed securely. Yeah, I'm a big fan of the blinds and the screen there. From the outside, the all-glass design is going to blend in smoothly for the van's factory body lines, giving you more of an OEM-style appearance rather than looking like an aftermarket add-on. And as you can see, that tint does a great job of blocking me out. So it's going to keep those UV rays out and also add to that privacy. Now, obviously you're going to need some additional things here for installation. So I'm showing you some of the items that you're going to need, you're not going to need all of these, but this is going to install with a urethane bond and that's going to give you a secure, sealed fit that's going to help prevent leaks while contributing to that clean factory style finish. So on your screen, I'm showing you the different sizes or quantities rather of urethane. I think for a window like this, you're going to be able to get by with the urethane for small windows there on the top right. That's going to be one tube there. Probably be a good idea to get some securing tape as well to keep this in place while you're installing this. But whichever item that you need there, you can just take the appropriate part number that you see there on your screen, pop it in the search field of our website. That will take you to that item and you can add that to your order, or maybe you don't want to mess with installation. Maybe you're not too excited about that. That's okay as well because on this product page underneath the photo section, we have a link that will take you to our installer locator. Click that link, answer the questions that it has for you, and that locator will find an installer in your area that etrailer has partnered with to do the install for you. Well, again, my name's Andy. Thank you for joining me.
