This vertical lift slider window adds airflow to your camper van from a flat wall section. It fits flat metal or fiberglass panels with a 15" x 22" cutout and works well in tight spots like near beds or cabinets.
The lower glass lifts from the bottom while the upper section stays fixed. You can crack it open slightly or raise it higher using the two lockable height positions, depending on how much air you want moving through the van.
A mesh screen covers the opening so air can move through without bringing insects inside. The 17 percent UV tint reduces glare and limits visibility from outside, helping cut down brightness in the van.
This window mounts using an interior clamp ring that sandwiches a flat metal or fiberglass wall panel between the inner ring and outer frame. A cut out template is included to help position the opening, and adhesive backed foam tape helps seal the frame as it is tightened. This window is intended for flat wall sections that meet the 15" x 22" cutout requirement and is not designed for curved van walls.

Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Let's take a look at our Van Windows Direct vertical lift slider van window for full size camper vans. Now folks, this is going to require a cutout of 15 inches by 22 inches. So that's the actual glass part that is going to pop inside. There's not including that trim that overhangs.
So again, the cutout here is where we're getting that 15 by 22. And as you can see, you have a nice trim ring here as well. That's going to go on there. And then you do have a template here. It's a piece of cardboard.
Highly, highly recommend that you double check all your measurements, make sure you are reading instructions, double checking everything. As they say, measure twice, cut once, right Now this window will mount using that interior clamp that I was just showing you. And that's going to sandwich a flat metal or fiberglass wall panel between the inner and outer frame. You'll simply cut out with the template included I mentioned. And then you'll use the adhesive back foam tape and you're going to seal the frame as it's being tightened.
Now this window is intended for flat wall sections that meet that 15 by 22 cutout requirement, and it's not designed for curved van walls. Now I do have an image I want to throw up on the screen here real quick that kind of shows you what this could potentially look like on a van. And you can choose how much air you want because you do have two lockable heights with this window. As you can see, I've started with it open here. There are two tabs on the back here and they are spring loaded.
I'm going to push them together and push this back down. And again, you do have two settings. It's just a little tough for me to do it by myself here on the tabletop because it's not mounted into anything. So I do want to spin it around and show you those two tabs here. And hopefully if I lean against myself, I can raise it here. So you have a tab here and here. I'm just pushing them together and then I can go to the first, first walkable butt. There you go. Give it a click. And then there's another one. I'm honestly not going to do it again because it's just too hard with it not installed. But you get the picture, right And then as you can see, you do have this nice tinted, nice reflective as well. You can see it's reflecting up here on the studio ceiling, some of the lights there. But it's doing a great job of filtering out a lot of sunlight and just everything behind it as far as that goes. So it's also going to help keep everything cool inside. It's about a 17% UV tint and that's going to limit the glare and visibility as you we inchesre just seeing. And of course that screen will help keep out bugs, mosquitoes, mud daubers, those kind of things, flies, et cetera. Well folks, I think that's going to wrap up our quick look together at this Van Windows Direct vertical lift slider van window. If you want to tackle the install yourself, great. We have kits for install sold separately as well. And you can also use our install locator link below and we can help pair you with trusted etrailer installation technicians in your area.
