Will a Yakima hangout 2 fit a 2021 Crosstrek with spoiler?

Technically yes, the Yakima HangOut 2 Bike Rack # Y02637 will fit your 2021 Subaru Crosstrek with a spoiler, however Yakima also states that if any part of the rack contacts the spoiler to not use this rack so it'd depend on how you have it set up.
It'd be much easier honestly to just use a hitch mounted bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # HR1450Z. This bike rack has a 50 lbs per bike capacity, will work with any 2" trailer hitch, and can carry up to 2 bikes.
If you don't have a hitch either, you're going to need one to use this rack. We do have plenty of choices for you to choose from, however the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98912 will work just as good as any of the hitches listed and won't break the bank either.
