Is the Yakima bike rack Hang Out 2 #YO2637 the same as the Fullback with #YO2633-36 from previous years?

While I could not find a reference to a Y02633-36, I can tell you that the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount # Y02634 is not the same as the Yakima HangOut 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount # Y02637.
The HangOut 2 is essentially the newer model of the older KingJoe bike rack.
