Struggling with short, steep ramps that make loading stressful? Gen-Ys extra-long aluminum ramps give you a gentle climb, confident traction, and a stable fit on your trailer. Skip the worrying and load your heavy equipment with real peace of mind.
Highlights
Short ramps force you into steep, stressful climbs and risk bottoming out your gear. Gen-Y's 84" extra-long ramps deliver a gentle, predictable angle so you can roll heavy equipment up onto your trailer smoothly. No scraping, no stress.
Slippery ramps make loading risky, especially in wet or muddy conditions. These ramps feature serrated rungs spaced just under 5" apart, so your tires or treads get confident grip and you keep control in any weather.
Ramps that shift or wobble are a safety hazard. Gen-Y ramps lock onto trailer deck rails with a robust 90-degree angled extrusion and a wide, hooked end for maximum stability. These are designed specifically for trailer use and should never be used with pickup truck tailgates.

Hi, everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Today, we're checking out the Gen-Y Hitch Extreme Duty Aluminum Loading Ramp Set. Folks, these are seven foot long overall and 15 inches wide with an impressive 10,000 pounds rating. So 5,000 pounds per each individual ramp, and these only weigh about 41 pounds each individually. And as you can see, they're pretty simple to pick up. They're an impressive 3 1/2 inches thick from the side.
(ramp clunking) And as you can see, again, seven foot. Obviously, I have these pretty high on my demo table today. You most likely wouldn't have them anywhere near that steep angle. But you can see the nice, in there. Let me flip this up, so you can see a little better.
So you can see that right angle, that's gonna grab the edge of those loading trucks, flatbeds, whatever, and give you a nice sturdy hold when the time comes to load up. Now, let me go ahead and spin this around and give you a better view of the end. So you can see on the end, it's curved, so that's gonna help you go up into the trailer, or on top of the trailer rather, with ease. And then, from the top-down, you can see these rungs a little better, you got nice grip. When I was measuring earlier, again, 15 inches overall width on the ramps themselves.
And then, between the rungs, I got right at about five inches on center. And then, this way, I got four inches. Again, folks, these are gonna be a great option for you that can give you a gradual slope, that's gonna be easier. Again, I have it a little high here today for demo. But again, 84 inches long is gonna give you that nice gradual slope.
And with the nice ends at the bottom and the top, loading it should be pretty easy, you're gonna have maximum traction even with with them being wet, because they have that grip on the treads. And again, lightweight, aluminum construction, you don't have to worry about rust, corrosion. They're easy to pick up, easy to store when the time comes. Now, the recommended deck height is gonna be a minimum of 15 inches off the ground to a max of 36 inches off the ground. And just so you know, where I'm sitting on my tabletop, I'm at 40 inches from the ground to my tabletop. So again, you would only be able to safely use these at about something like that, 36 inches. So keep that in mind. If you have any questions about this or any of the products, reach out to us, we're more than happy to assist you in any way we can. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
