This GloLight Halo LED trailer light combines style and performance with its unique dual-function design. The outer halo glows for the tail light, while the inner circle powers up for turn and brake signals. Together, both sections brighten for braking so it’s easy to see, day or night. This round light measures 4-5/16" in diameter by 2-3/16" thick, designed for a tidy recessed mount that keeps everything flush and out of harm’s way. It installs into a cutout with a grommet (A45GB – sold separately) for a snug fit that prevents vibration and moisture leaks. If cutting into your trailer isn’t an option, you can mount it with the optional bracket (BK45BB – sold separately) and still use the same grommet for a professional finish.
Keeping water out doesn’t stop at the lens—the wiring connection is weatherproof too. The built-in weathertight plug blocks moisture from creeping into the electrical contacts. You’ll need the AL45PWTB adapter (sold separately) to hook it up to standard 3-prong plugs, and it works with either right-angle (A47PB) or straight (A45PB) pigtails. That means fewer connection issues and lights that stay on when you need them most.

Today were reviewing part number STL101RCMB from Optronics. This is a glow light LED stop turn and taillight that uses a grommet mount. You have an outer band of red LED here and thats your taillight and it also gets brighter when the brakes are applied. Then in the center you have a circle of LEDs and those are for your turn signal and they also apply when you use your brakes. Also when you use your brakes this outer ring of lights does get brighter. This light uses surface mount technology which protects the LEDs from moisture, shock and vibration.
The lens and the housing are strong polycarbonate. The housing, as you can see is clear. They are a strong polycarbonate sonically sealed and waterproof. The back of the light uses a weatherproof connection. Im trying to hold it so I think you can see in there.
It looks different from a connection thats not weatherproof. It does require a weatherproof connector and if you dont one then you will need to purchase separately this part. This is Optronics part number AL45PWTB. Its their three wire straight plug and weatherproof connector. Theres a black clip here that helps to hold it in tightly and as you can see theres a yellow, rubber grommet there that helps to keep it waterproof.
Plug that in to the back of the light. As you can see its in there very securely. Now to use the light you need to plug it in to the three prong plug on your trailer. We have a portable three prong and power source here today so let me connect this and then I can show you how the light works. Well turn off our overhead light and Ill turn on our Optronics light and as you can see theres your taillight.
Now when you apply the brakes that ring of light will get brighter and the center lights will turn on. Theres your brake light. That also functions as your turn signal. Now we can turn our overhead lights back on and Ill disconnect from the power source. This light meets all the Department of Transportation requirements for automotive lighting. It has a 4 inch diameter and its 1 inches thick. Theres a lifetime warranty on the LEDs and a three year warranty on the housing and the wiring.To install the light you need a 4 inch grommet. If you do not have a 4 inch rubber grommet you can purchase this one from eTrailer.com. Its sold separately and is part number A45GB. Its the Optronics 4 inch rubber grommet. It fits right on the light like that. Now youre ready to go unless you need a mounting bracket. Some applications do require a mounting bracket. If you dont have one we have this part number BK45BB and its the Optronics 4 inch trailer light mounting bracket. That also is sold separately. It fits right over the grommet. There you have it for part number STL101RCMB from Optronics. The glow light LED stop, turn and taillight. .

Optronics Are The Best
Replaced existing incandescent lights in an enclosed trailer. These LED’s are an excellent replacement, are highly visible, and good looking.
I use these for the front side marker/turn signals. I had to reinforce my frame to take them but it was worth it.
These GloLights are a major aesthetic upgrade to most other round-style taillights. Just make sure to get the correct back plug! "RMB" is the symmetric 3-pin and "RB" is the asymmetric 3-pin.
Easy quick process. The company I work for purchased a clement monstar end dump trailer and it came with these tail lights in my opinion they are the best they can be seen at anytime of day and in most weather and a cool design. Ever since I discovered these lights they are the only kind I use on my trailer

I really like these lights. I use them for my rear lighting and rear side marker/turn signals. I went out of the way to use these on my trailer which involved reinforcing the frame since I had to cut a large piece out to install them. Well worth it. They are bright and have a distinctive look.
These LED stop, turn, tail lights are an exceptional upgrade. They halo is a great feature and blinker lights are very bright! I truly believe these lights have made my unit safer!!!
Great lights, very bright. I like them because not many people have them and they're very eye catching. My only complaint, is trying to push them in place in the bumper with those rubber grommets, but that would be the case with any sealed light.

Upgrading our 1998 Coleman Grandview, the old incandescent just seemed too dim.
Nice light, only suggestion would be to list some wiring options, was a bit confusing going from the old Bargman to the new LED.
But I read through the Bargman page here and got squared away.

These are some pretty sweet lights. Very bright and attention getting. I am constantly getting compliments on them.
The High Points-
- I bought the standard 3 prong style, works just fine with a Truck-Lite plug and with a no name one I had lying around.
- When not using driving lights both the outer and inner lights flash for turn signal. Don't remember reading about that, but it's pretty sweet(at least for the people behind me!).
- All 4 arrived in excellent shape and with all lights working.
Now, for the only negative that I can come up with-
- 2 of the lights have what I think is a sliver of white plastic stuck between the outer circle and the cover. I'm guessing it's from pressing the halves together. They can't be seen until you're very close to them, but for a $28 light it's a bit disappointing for that to get past QA.
Regardless, I highly recommend these, they are very distinctive and so far I haven't seen anyone else with them. Can't wait to be able to afford 4 more!
These lights were added to my cargo trailer that I pull behind my motorcycle. These help to make sure that people see me when I am on the road. The lights were easy to install with the grommets and pigtails that I ordered at the same time. All the products worked together well and made the project easy to do. Love these lights and will buy more if needed.
Light was exactly what I needed. Came out of the box in excellent condition with grease on the connectors for easy install and water protection. Replaced my burned out light and it worked perfectly.
I upgraded the tail lights in addition to the back up lights. The old lights were incandescent bulbs and weren't really that bright. These new LED tail/brake/turn signal lights are much brighter so hopefully folks behind me will have an easier time figuring out what I'm trying to do while going down the road. Make sure you order the right pigtail connector when ordering the light! I failed to do that which slowed this project down by a few days.
These lights are exactly what I needed to fix my Mastertow dolly. Shipping was fast and the parts had the exact connectors and mounting screws to match.
