  Hello James. I can definitely point you in the right direction, but the SAE number is not actually a part number, so this is not a good way to look up a specific light. The light in your picture looks very similar to the Optronics LED Side Marker Light # MCL32RBB. This light measures 4" long and 2" wide which is fairly standard for marker lights. If this is not the same size as the light you have, just let me know the dimensions of your light and I am happy to make a recommendation.

I recommend checking out the Optronics LED Clearance or Side Marker Trailer Light - Chrome Plated - 2 Diodes - Red Lens # MCL71RB, which is also a 4" x 2" x 1/2" thick LED light that might fit the bill.
