Today, we're going to take a look at the led, oval porch and utility light with the amber lens for RVs. Now this led light will function as an RV porch light or utility light, producing a nice bright light at a downward angle. And see if I turn it to the side. It actually is a little bit narrower down here and wider up at the top. So it does produce a light pointing down. Will also work great in an enclosed trailer.
Does use the SMD construction of your LED circuit board. So it'll better withstand shock and vibration and allows improved heat distribution and thinner construction. The LEDs themselves make great replacements for incandescent lights. Cause they'll last 50 times longer. They're more efficient because they'll provide brighter light with less power output.
And of course no bulbs to replace or brittle filaments to break. It does come with a lifetime warranty on the LEDs.This is a durable acrylic snap-on lens in a nice black abs housing. It is an amber lens over 16 wide LEDs. And this is compatible with all 12 volt DC systems. And as I mentioned, it is designed mount under the surface of the RV.
And you can see with the angle facing downward. It is a two wire design includes a black power wire and a white ground wire. A few specs on this. The power draw at 12 volts is 0.295. AM's.
I'm going to give you a few dimensions on this. The overall length let's go to the back here. So length edge to edge is right at six and five sixteenths inches long. The overall height, bottom to the top is three and five sixteenths inches tall. And the total depth is going to be right at one and seven 16 inches deep. Distance between the two mounting holes right here center to center is right at four and seven eighths inches.So what I'm going to do now is hook this up to some 12 volt power just to show you how bright the light is. And then we'll go ahead and turn off the overhead lights. So we'll take our power wire, go ahead and hook that up and we'll take our ground wire, hook that up. Go ahead turn on our power there, you can see the, make sure they don't touch. There we go. See how bright the light is. We'll go ahead and turn off the overhead light and you can see the 16 LEDs give off a really nice bright light. Then turn back on our overhead lights and we'll go ahead and turn off our power, but that should do it for the review on the led oval porch and utility light with the amber lens for RVs.

The part that is not disclosed is the led lights without the cover are orange so if we wanted to buy a white cover the light would still be orange.
Delivery was one day earlier than promised and porch light exactly as advertised.
I have used etrailer a number of times and always satisfied. I will continue to use them as my source for truck and RV.
Easy to install. Quality appears good. Rated 4, instead of 5, stars because it didn't come with a gasket. I had to mess with caulking to seal it. A gasket would have been easier and neater.
The light fixture was intermittantly workong. I called and a replacement is on the way.
