Highlights

  • Lift Heavy Trailer Tongues: 14,000-lb capacity supports heavier trailer setups.
  • Weld It On and Leave It There: Direct weld mount keeps the jack fixed to your trailer frame.
  • Put Your Drill to Work: Use a standard 18 to 24V drill to raise and lower trailers up to 5,000 lbs.
  • Save Time With the Drop Leg: Drop leg travel takes up height quickly before fine adjustments.
  • Reduce Flex Under Load: Square tube design adds strength where round jacks can twist.
  • Spread Out the Tongue Weight: Larger footplate helps reduce sinking in loose dirt or mud.

Features to know about

Put the Drill You Already Carry to Work

You already keep a drill in the truck because it saves time on everything else. This jack lets you put it to work on the one job that normally takes the longest: raising and lowering the trailer tongue. Use a standard 18V to 24V drill for the repetitive travel up to 5,000 lbs, then switch to the hand crank when you need the full 14,000-lb lifting capacity.

Weld It On and Leave It There

A permanent jack mount matters when the trailer gets used often or the tongue weight is not light. This jack welds directly to the trailer frame, giving you a fixed connection point that stays with the trailer instead of relying on a bolt-on mount that can shift or loosen.

Built for Heavier Trailer Setups

When the trailer is loaded and the tongue weight starts adding up, the jack becomes one of the hardest-working parts of the setup. The 14,000-lb capacity, square tube construction, direct weld mount, and larger footplate all work together to create a more solid lifting setup. That larger footprint helps reduce sinking in loose dirt or mud, so the jack has a better base to work from.

More Adjustment for Campsites and Driveways

Close-up of drop leg

Trailer height is not always where you want it when it is time to hitch up. With 15" of screw travel and a 9" drop leg, you can take up larger height differences quickly, then fine-tune the final position. That means less time working the jack through unnecessary travel just to reach the hitch ball.

Video Transcript for Review of Trailer Valet Trailer Jack - Square Right Drive Jack 14K - TV64ZR

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Trailer Valet Square Right Drive Jack. Now this is a 14K Jack and it's a heavy duty trailer jack built for those who are tired of cranking by hand all day. Instead of relying on the old school manual only design, this one is made to work with a non-impact cordless drill, so you're gonna be able to raise and lower your trailer much faster, which with way less effort. Now what makes this possible is its internal gear system and traditional jacks typically use beveled gears that are fine for hand cranking, but they're not great for powered use. This one uses a worm gear drive, which is gonna give you better control and the right amount of torque when using the drill.

So this is designed from the ground up to handle powered lifting safely and smoothly. This is also super convenient to use because it doesn't require any special attachments. It has a standard 3/4" hex shaft, so you're gonna be able to hook it up to common, a common drill socket, and get to work right away. In terms of strength, this is built for serious loads. With a drill, it can lift up to 5,000 pounds quickly for everyday use, but if you need maximum power, the manual crank can handle up to 14,000 pounds, which is going to match its full capacity.

So you're gonna get both speed and strength depending on what the situation calls for. Another nice feature is the drop leg. Now I don't have the strength really to drop this leg for you or demonstrate this leg for you, but we do have a a spring loaded drop leg here. It's gonna deploy automatically, which is gonna help save time when you're setting up. This is going to retract quickly, so you do want to make sure that you keep your hands and feet clear when you're using this.

In regards to lift, this is gonna give you a total height adjustment of about 24 inches. So 15 inches plus a nine inch drop leg is where you're gonna get that total of about 24 inches of total height adjustment. When it's fully retracted as we have here, it's gonna be right at about 28 inches tall and then fully extended, pretty close to 52 inches. The outer tube is right at four inches, and then the inner tube is gonna be right at about 3-1/2" But installation wise, this is gonna be a weld-on jack. It's meant to be permanently mounted to your trailer for a solid, secure setup.

This is the right configuration, if you notice, right drive configuration and its durability is not an afterthought here either. This is finished with a tough wrinkle black powder coat. This is Trailer Jack's or Trailer Valet, rather, traditional coating that they put on here. So it's gonna hold up really well. It's gonna look great, but more importantly, it's gonna hold up really well for you. Now I wanted to give you the measurement of the foot plate here as well, so we're pretty close to eight inches square and I think it's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.

We are using these for a very unique build. This will be the DJ trailer for the Carolina Panthers and we are using 4 them to stabilize the unit during performances. We are on a very strict deadline to set up and strike and these jacks will definitely fit the spec for this. I do wish it had a second speed to deploy the jack down then switch back to torque speed. At this point I can not speak to the units performance and reliability but we will put both to the test!
