The trailer hitch has remained solid. I primarily use it for a step for my dogs to use to get into their crates in the back end. The installation also went well and was fast
This trailer hitch is very well made. Absolutely a home run in quality. Also, your installation video is outstanding. The only recommendation I would make on the video is to make mention you might have to undo the muffler hanger on one side for the trailer hitch to move into place. The spring wires provided for the bolts to pull through the holes is a game changer. Well done. Overall, I have nothing but praise for this hitch.
This hitch is perfect for our newer Ascent. Very easy to install, fits perfectly and hides under a panel when not in use. I made an error in ordering; Josh was great to work with for the return and immediately sent the correct unit. So happy we purchased through etrailer.com.
Product quality was excellent. Fit was good after frame modification. This is a difficult 2 person installation from under the rear of the vehicle.

It was a good choice. Instructions were clear installing the hitch was moderate but much more affordable than what the dealer wanted.. I’m old and was able to install it myself.
My husband was able to mount this on my Ascent quickyly and it did a great job holding a basket and bunch of gear on a cross country road trip. It came quickly too.

The product had all the necessary instructions and parts to make the installation very easy. The harness is very simple to use. It's perfect for our Ascent to tow and looks great.
This was listed as an "easy" install. This was NOT going to be an easy hitch to install - would have required removal of heat shields and dropping exhaust system down from the car to install. This would have also removed 3 inches of clearance from my car. In the end I returned this item for a different model.
