This hitch is for 2023-2025 Lexus RX350, I have a 2025 LexusRX450h+ but etrailer don't have anything listed for it, I took a chance and it fitted perfectly without any modifications.
Very easy to fit by yourself and you don’t need a jack help support it. I’d give it 5 stars, but EVERYTIME I’ve ordered from here the box has lots of damage and holes and the metal is bent and chipped. This time was no different. The hitch came through the box a few times, the right side was bent, and chipped paint all over. Luckily I had some paint and was able to bend back.
Our hitch arrived quickly and my husband was able to install in less than an hour. When the box arrived it was damaged and the part was hanging out. It had sustained some scratches but we weren't worried since no one would see them anyway. O
However, our first concern was missing parts. Before unboxing I sent an email to William to let him know our concerns. He readily committed to making any issues right. (Excellent customer care) As it turned out, no parts were missing and all went well. I would highly recommend etrailer.com.
It fits perfectly. My tech had it on in no time. Kimberly at etrailer was super in her role in helping me to identify and order the perfect hitch. The video on the ease of installation was very helpful. I would recommend etrailer to anyone looking for this type of equipment.

The order came on time. The packaging was not the best. The box was damaged. The hitch had a small amount of the paint peel off when removing the wrap. Install time by myself and wife was about 45 minutes. Fits well and feels secure. Looks good.
Product arrived on-time, securely packaged and as described. Installation took about an hour with the assistance of a hydraulic car jack to raise/hold the hitch in place while securing 4 fastening bolts to chassis. Perfect fit w/o requiring any removal of exhaust support bracket; very pleased.

While I love the product, shipping was poor as box arrived completely ripped open (see photo). How the box was, was how I found it shipped to my house. That was disappointing.
This is my 2nd hitch that I've ordered in 3 years. Great hitches. TERRIBLE packaging both times. This is a very heavy metal bar, and unfortunately, it was packaged completely inappropriately. This happened with both orders. Both hitches were badly scratched and dinged in multiple places to the point that they don't really look new. Very disappointed because it could have been done differently.
The receiver arrived today with clearly evident shipping damage. The packaging is so poor as no shipping method would have been gentle enough. Photos show wear and paint damage. Likely the product is serviceable but the corrosion resistance from paint is degraded.
I’ll update as I open the box and try to install the receiver.
