The hitch was great. Fairly easy installation but with one issue. The width of the car frame rails is a bit under 1/2" narrower than the inside width of the tabs that bolt to it. I had to install shims to make it fit flush. Otherwise, it's a great product.
Absolutely excellent hitch. Looks clean and the install was fairly easy. Took less than an hour with 2 people. Didn't have to raise the car at all either. Can't wait to use it!
Super easy install, 2021 rogue has weld nuts already on the frame, lift in place insert 6 bolt and torque down. Tucks up under the bumper nicely.

Could not have bee easier to install. The Rogue has the threaded nuts already in the frame. Just put the hitch in place, insert the bolts and tighten.

Hitch installed without any major issues. Had to open the sides of the hitch a little bit. Slide right into place then. Was easier with 2 people working together.

I confirmed the product quantity and when to be delivered. After the first order time elapsed I called to find out that none have been shipped. 5 working days wasted. Reordered the amount needed less one unit due to the quantity that I confirmed was incorrect on the available stock, even though I confirmed the quantity. After the second order time elapsed, still no product I called to see why and was given no answer. At that time I located two units from Meyer Distributing, ordered them and they were here the next day. With a quantity of 4 units promised, two units arrived from etrailer in three days. I am still short two units from etrailer that are now late. With etrailer missing delivery dates by three weeks I should have just ordered 6 units from [distributor].
The service was exceptional and every time I need to make a new order, I am treated with respect and knowledge. Thanks.

Great bike rack and hitch. I have the platform rack and hitch on my Nissan Rogue and love it. Easy loading. I especially like the lock on the each and the hitch.
Great buying experience and great produ ct.
I was happy to get the hitches quickly. They we wrapped in plastic, but the sharper edges were not protected from the plastic being cut-through and rubbing off of paint.
They came all together today (4/12). Thank you.

I have been asked to update my review. Yes, install was super easy. Ran into QC issue after 1st use. The inside of the receiver had bulges. The bike rack was an extremely tight fit. To remove it I had the strap it to a post and use car to drive away. I had to grind out material to correct this.
