After having watched the installation video I thought, yeah, sure, less than an hour to install, maybe if you own a car lift. Boy was I surprised when I shimmied my fat but under the rear of my 2008 Highlander to install this. It was so simple and intuitive I could not believe it only took me about 30 minutes.
Well built, quickly delivered, easily installed. Just wish they included a wiring harness.
Was as advertised, No surpriseI had it installed by local Draw-Tite dealer. All went well. Seems to work as it should. Installer did not remove right side cover. So still have shield on right side. The wiring was tricky, had to know how to remove panel in cargo area.
Ordered receiver Tuesday night (great price), received it Thursday evening (free shipping), installed it Friday evening (20 minutes with help).
I also liked that I was able to review the install instruction for each receiver on the info page. It made it easy to find the one I needed.
Staff also kept me informed of order status all the way to receiving.
Product is Excellent. Shipping as expected.
Sma Note: Box corners were damaged and should be reinforced. Will save you headaches from future returns as hitch is heavy and box got pretty thrashed.

Fast delievery ,fit was perfect right out of the box.representitive answered all questions on the phone.I modefied the plastic panels that had to be removed for insallation so I could reinstall them. I am very happy with my purchase,price was the lowest and for a aftermarket hitch I would call etrailer agian.
Easy InstallThe install of this hitch on an 08 Highlander was very easy. Since it is fairly big you will want to get a second set of hands to make it go even quicker. I have been very impressed with the service from etrailer.com, their installation instructions, and the order processing.
had to have it professionally installed. it is a) heavy and b) the bolts on the car where wicked tight!!
once it was installed (2 days after it arrived), made immediate use of it. It was simple to use and the bike hitch did the job. glad to have purchased it.
