What a solid product.
Box came delivered perfectly. Item came carefully wrapped with all parts easy to find and accounted for.
Watched the video provided by eTrailer.com and voila -- with a few handy tools and help from a friend with a couple of the heavy pieces -- in about 2 hours we were done.

Good product; would recommend to others.
However, I had issues with two of the 1/2 inch bolts. The backing plate where the carriage bolt inserts was not long enough to prevent it from spinning and catch sufficiently on the wall of the receiver. The bolt spun around and the correct torque was not attained.
Good product. Easy to follow installation videos. Would recommend.
After a couple of misfires with Amazon I gave up and ordered from etrailer and got EXACTLY what I needed. The receiver and hardware fit perfectly. I actually saved a lot of time by skipping the fish wire step and put the hardware in place on the receiver before I slid it into place on the car. No issues whatsoever. I will definitely deal with etrailer again for any future needs.

Easy to install, instructions were easy to follow.
I installed the hitch on a 2019 Traverse, it is a good quality but I gave it 3 stars because I couldn’t get the hitch to sit flush against the body of the vehicle after tightening the frame bolts. Loose it fit great but the farthest frame hole was about 1/4in too small and it was jamming the bolt when I tried to put the hitch in place.

I can see from the pictures where it was not flush and what I think has happened here is that the side brackets were flexed out of alignment. It is not uncommon for this to happen when the hitches are shipped to us or to you. I do have a FAQ that can help with the installation.

I recieved this product very fast. The instructional videos on YouTube had the same vehicle in the video that I have so it made installation very easy. I am not good at taking off a rear plastic bumper and installing a trailer hitch but your videos made it so easy. Great product!
It's a great product. No problems at al l.
I have a 2020 Traverse. The fit is 100 times better than the Draw tight. Still not a perfect fit but it works. Issues that I had to over come.
-I had to buy longer bolts for the passenger side exhaust hangers(M10x1.50 x 50).
-The install video made a suggestion to place the bolts in the hitch before you slide the legs into the body. That was a great tip. It was so much easier than fishing the wires through the hitch and body of the vehicle. The rear bolts didn't come all the way through which didn't allow for the washers to be used. To over come this I tightened the bolts down with just the nut, which pulled the bolt down. I loosened the bolt and had enough to room to add the washer and the bolt.
part of the hitch that attached where the bummer once did, didn't sit right against the body, just tighten everything down is all you can do. The legs seemed to prevent a flush finish.

Performing as expected, what else could I want.
This is a great hitch and awesome service/communication from e-trailer. I’d buy again from them. Only noteworthy consideration is—after installation on a traverse RS FWD, it sticks out a hair further than it should which makes the panel that covers the hitch (plastic) have to slightly bend to reinstall. Once installed, the panel stays kn like it should; however, not sure how long it’ll last without cracking with heat/cold and/or on/off cycles.
Great Fit! Easy one-person installation! Overall, it took about one and a half hours just doing it leisurely.

Great item for what I need. The packaging needs to be improved. So that it will take more rough handling during the shipping process. The hitch was hanging out of the heavy cardboard box. When I received said item. The item was not damaged. The trailer hitch is heavy duty and great quality control.
I have not yet installed this product, however it was delivered very quickly on the exact day it was expected. The product looks very durable and was nicely packaged

Your packaging seems to be well known for its deficiencies. The UPS guy said they all come in damaged packaging. The product survives, but out of respect for other shippers that could suffer from damage, I would think better accommodations could be made. Maybe a tube.

We’re using it this weekend and love it. Just a bit of advice make sure to check your tire quick release every time you stop one of our bikes vibrated loose and we lost one
This is the second hitch and wiring harness I've order from you and it was just as easy to install as the first one. I especially like your "how to" videos. My only slow down was "fishing" the four bolts through the frame, turning this installation into a 2 beverage job --- but then, who's counting.
The hitch fit as it was supposed to. The installation video was very helpful.
