This Class IV 2" hitch is built for serious towing, giving you strength and stability whether you’re pulling a small camper, boat, or utility trailer. It handles up to 10,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 1,000 lbs tongue weight, or up to 12,000 lbs GTW and 1,200 lbs TW when using weight distribution. The sturdy square-tube design and precision robotic welds make it durable and dependable for long-term hauling.
The hitch bolts directly to the vehicle’s frame using the included hardware kit—no welding or special tools needed. The custom fit lines up with existing attachment points for straightforward installation. You can tackle it yourself in the driveway with common hand tools and basic steps from the included instructions.
The gloss black powder coat finish, layered over a protective base coat, gives this hitch superior rust resistance. It’s built to handle road spray, rough weather, and everyday wear without corroding. I know this isn't what you expected Brad. This sounds like your hitch might be slightly flexed. Due to their size and shape, trailer hitches can sometimes become bent or flexed during shipping or transport. I'll attach a link below describing a few ways you can remedy this swiftly to be able to continue with your install.
